I have used Sila for several years to provide annual service on our home generator. At this year’s visit, I wanted Sila to look at the battery. When Kevin came today I could not be at the house, but he left me a thorough analysis of the battery and all the measurements necessary to judge useful life, and the decision to replace. He also left photos showing the condition of the old battery. Great job. Very professional and easy to work with.

Excellent experience with SILA.. highly recommend for HVAC. We have had a ton of issues this summer with our HVAC, and SILA was recommended to us by our realtor. All of the people we’ve worked with have been professional, extremely knowledgeable, and nice. They have found the source of the problem and they have been so great to work with. They are trustworthy.

Technician Kevin Scully from Sila checked out our 2 year old Generac Exterior Home Generator today. We were experiencing some technical problems of which Kevin was able to immediately resolve the matter. We also discussed the use of a WiFi extender and the setup process. He was courteous, knowledgeable and encouraged us to contact him if there were any further problems. Thanks Kevin. Great job!

Matt from Sila did AC and heater maintenance yesterday and he was very thorough, knowledgeable and took time to let us know different ways to improve air quality . He scheduled a follow up date and we were extremely happy with the service

Matt and Wes came out this morning to clean fans on all three of my head units inside and install ionizers on each. I was extremely impressed with how nice and professional they were from the very beginning and that continued until they finished and left. They were careful with keeping my home clean and placed down drop clothes and put covers over there boots every single time they went in and out. They both answered any and all questions and/or concerns that I had. I feel like good customer service and making the customer feel valued is lax more often these days, but both these guys were what you would want when it comes to feeling valued and listened to by who you are paying. I don’t normally leave reviews but I wanted to because they did such a great job and they deserve the recognition. I truly hope Sila gives them credit for a well done job for me today!!! Thanks very much Matt and Wes……. Keep it up, it doesn’t go unnoticed.

This is my first service call after purchasing a membership with Sila. It was a pleasure to speak with a live person at Sila, rather than a computerized message. They provided same day service that was expertly provided by Edward. The technician, Edward, was courteous, efficient and skilled. I am most impressed. Best customer service experience from a repair provider, quite possibly ever! I scheduled an emergency call for my 84 year old father in law who is a widower, hard of hearing and not tech savvy. The online appointment tools were so easy to use. The follow up with calls and texts were great! I even got a photo of the electrician 30 minutes before he arrived. Now throw in the fact that Mike Brown was absolutely fantastic, did the work with 20 years of experience behind him and genuinely cared about him and I really impressed my Poppy. Your technician. Brian Watts is OURSTANDING!! His professionalism, knowledge, and great personality made this stressful ac problem into a blessing by his quality workmanship. He walked me through every step of the process, explaining what he was doing to diagnose and fix the problem swiftly. Brian was cheerful and a joy to have in my home. I recommend Brian Watts for your next hvac service. I am thankful he was the tech to fix my broken central air and flush out my minisplit!! Thank you SO much!! Sila has always come through.

Anthony and his assistant did a great job today! He took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my spigot, water heater, and shower drain, and carried out the repairs in an efficient, clean, and professional manner. I'm super happy he was my plumber today!

We just had an annual maintenance of our high velocity system. Sila technician provided great customer service, took his time to explain the details and issue.

Service call was under the warranty and I learned several things about the system thanks to Eli. He’s a great asset for Sila, and Eli’s HVAC experience and professionalism was evident throughout his time in our home. Can’t thank him enough!

James saved the day and discovered the issue right away and our AC was backup and running.
Great troubleshooting with a shorted wire at the capacitor was the issue rather than a faulty compressor. Brilliant!

Drew Davis gets a five star .He took the time to explain the duct cleaning and prices. He also took the time to make sure my sump pump was working correctly by pouring water in the pump sump making sure the water went out into the street.He also told me what I needed for the toliet.He was such a blessing to me. I am completely satisfied with his work.

Great work! We are please all around with the new boiler install, AC splitter install and all the electrical work! Outstanding!!
