today I had Mike out to do my maintenance for my split unit gave me a lot of information showed me what he was doing. He’s a great person. All your technicians has been here has been absolutely great. Keep up the good work.

Great service and communication! Jourdan, our technician, was fantastic. Explained everything so clearly and taught me along the way. Thorough and efficient work. Prices are reasonable. Would recommend these folks anytime!

I've been working with Stallion for 2-3 years now. Their technicians arrive on time with a cordial and positive demeanor and ready to work. Evan took the time to explain his diagnosis and provided a few solutions for me to choose. Repairs were done in an efficient and timely manner, and the final cost was in line with the quoted estimate. I would recommend them for HVAC service needs.

Shawn was great in tuning up our air conditioning system and explaining everything. Very communicative and went over and beyond to make sure everything was working right and in good order. Definitely recommend!

I'm on the annual maintenance plan with Stallion. Shawn (my primary technician) always shows up on time, makes an effort to maintain a human connection, thoroughly inspects the entire system. The reminders of annual self-care and recommendations on one-time improvements/maintenance are extremely helpful. Never does Shawn/Stallion push me to buy something I don't actually need. When I improve our system or get something replaced, it is because the agency has done a thorough vetting of whether it is needed and has presented it from a logical point of view.

We have used stallion for the past few years and are very happy with them. They always arrive within the given time window, their technicians are friendly and provide pictures as well as a verbal summary of everything they do. We have had more than one tough problem with our HVAC and plumbing that Stallion has always been able to fix quickly. We currently have the maintenance plus Membership, which allows us to book maintenance visits twice a year. Shawn just came out for one of our maintenance visits and was able to identify a few problems in our older system, come up with a solution to those problems, and implement that solution all in the same day, all for an affordable price (including the discount we get from being plus members!). We love Stallion and will continue to use them!

That provided incredible continuity of quality services reflected for decades by the Team of Service Experts of Giannone and later Stallion. The relationships and stellar quality of service for which Stallion has been known, as well as all the good will of Stallion came over to “Service Experts”. In particular Nick Mcinnis! A stellar Service Expert, Manager and now a Residential Sales Consultant is among the most knowledgeable Heat/AC/HVAC:Plumbing experts I have ever known.

Nicks excellent relationships with legacy and new customers, his attention to detail during assessments, overseeing installations and providing guidance to Service Experts in the field from his extensive knowledge is clearly foundational to the “Stallion” Brand of “Service Experts”.

The Service Experts of both the Service Team and Installation Team are extremely knowledgeable, efficient, customer-focused (pleasant, courteous, clean) and provide high quality service. The take personal pride in the job completed to the highest standards and to the satisfaction of the Customer.

We’ve now had Stallion complete multiple initial installations, preventive maintenance (a key to the life span of the equipment) and complete replacement of systems they installed decades ago with new high-efficiency models of boilers, hot water systems and HVAC’s.

Stallion has been our “Go To” for decades and will continue to be our “Go To” for all needs. We highly recommend their “Preventive Maintenance Program” to keep essential equipment running well throughout the year in every season.

They have been me go to company since they replaced my hot water heater in 2021 and they have gotten increasingly better over time. I recently had an issue with my sensor on my hot water heater but Jourdan came to fix it with a few other people and he was amazing. I also had Sean come out to check on my HVAC system yearly service and did a wonderful job.

I highly recommend Stallion Service Experts if you are looking for a fair price and quality service for your plumbing. Calling to schedule an appointment was quick and easy - an actual human picks up the phone.

The technician, Nick, offered a very fair assessment of my situation and explained the suggested remedy clearly. He answered any questions I had. The job itself was quick and seamless; I hardly knew he was there.

I used Stallion a couple of years ago for the first time and was so impressed by the service I called them again this year as my AC wasn’t working.
I thought my first experience was maybe a fluke but this technician Nick Pepe was equally good! Prompt, courteous and capable. I was so impressed I bought a service membership and will call them for all my heating/cooling needs in the future.

A very very big thank you to Matt, who got out here quickly and addressed a tricky fix for our shower diverter. Cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and quality work! Will be a repeat customer for sure!

I had a new toilet installed. Jake O’Brien did a terrific job. He was very fast, efficient and clean. He is also very knowledgeable and explained all of the different kinds of toilets and recommended a few. I needed the tall height toilet if the manufacturers don’t make the specs very clear. The staff at Stallion is also very nice, patient and helpful. Great company, I highly recommend them.

I hired Stallion to check out a mini split AC that was under a year old. Nick Pepe was the technician, he was excellent - on time, professional, and clear about the work, pricing, and options. When I had to cancel last minute, they handled it with zero hassle. Honest, dependable service. I’ll definitely be calling them again when I need help!

Shawn McGrath just did an air conditioning check up for us. he's great! He's very professional and personable. We've been using Stallion's subscription service for almost a decade now and couldn't be happier. They're always available within a few days for routine appointments. We replaced our entire furnace, air conditioning, and hot water heater system with them and they've been great, highly recommended!

Jairo Delgado was an excellent technician. He was knowledgeable & professional, respectful and maintained a neat & clean work space. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything to me. He identified and addressed a problem that had been persistent for many months in a short time. His competence & professionalism are very much appreciated.

Quality service, our tech Evan explained everything thoroughly. Communication by the techs and office staff is top notch and appreciated. Their service contract is a good value.

Can't say enough good things about Stallion! From start to finish the service was impeccable. Very easy to schedule (and re-schedule because I had to) appointments. They came for maintenance and issues, and I knew my 20 year old system was dying. They provided me with honest service and walked me through all options before I settled on a new AC and furnace. Jacob was particularly helpful in walking me through all the options. The price for my new system was excellent (verified by my cousin who worked in HVAC and said I wouldn't find a better price). Installation was great and my new system is awesome. They were always on time and professional, and bonus points for being super sweet to my toddler. Thank you Stallion for all your help. I will be coming back year after year.

Shawn was very punctual and knowledgeable about the system. He came out just to do a check of the system's overall performance. He gave excellent tips to help us keep both our HVAC unit and even our water heater in excellent condition. Very thankful for his help and service!
