The Evan and Kevin Stallion team arrived right in time. They assessed our heaters issue and explained the he details clearly and understandably. As I’ve come to expect with Stallion services they were friendly, personable, knowledgeable and efficient. They laid out a variety of service options fixed our problem in short order. They even made additional adjustments over and above what was needed. We will always call Stallion for any plumbing or heating issues.

I scheduled Stallion HVAC for my annual furnace checkup, and Dan and Kevin did a fantastic job. They arrived right on time and were extremely professional and personable throughout the entire visit.
The furnace inspection was thorough and they took the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend Stallion HVAC and would definitely use them again for future HVAC needs.

Shout out to Marlon & Kevin for a great job. Timely, personable and left the work area spotless. Have been using Stallion for a few years for all of my plumbing, HVAC, and heating needs and they always continue to deliver. Thanks again!

Marlon, Kevin, and Hassan from Stallion HVAC were really great…from start to finish, they were responsive and thorough. They explained the issue clearly and got our heater working again quickly. It’s such a relief to have a warm home again. Highly recommend.

It is the worst Company ever, they came to fix my bathroom not long ago and failed. They send their guy to fix it again and failed at the same time they were supposed to fix my drain pipe, but I gave the job of my drain pipe to another plumber. That plumber did a great job. This company sent their guy to redo the job he failed at the first place and when their guy saw the picture of my drain pipe job done by the other plumber, on his way back he broke the pipe behind my bathroom pipe.
Don't get fooled think twice before you hire this company for anything related to your house.

Mike the tech who is suddenly no longer with the company after “servicing” my Heater is nothing but a scammer!! He claimed my heater was leaking Co yet I had a Co detector right next to it and never went off. He said batteries are prob dead yet when I pointed it the outlet to tell him it’s plugged in he quickly said it’s old. Said levels are 400 but won’t red tag it that it was up to me if I wanted to run it. Told me I needed a whole new system. I had sales guy out and spoke to the office person who were very nice and kind and most likely didn’t know Mike was scamming me. Almost wiped out my 401k to get a new system but decided to get second opinion and thank god!! There was no leakage, the other company spent an hour testing and no levels reported yet Mike said 400, if it was that high it should have been red tagged and I received no paperwork, he obviously knew he was lying and didn’t want a paper trail . I would never recommend this company, he was probably fired for his false statements!!

Their customer service is horrendous. I had called after hours, explaining that we had worked with them for a couple years and were now selling our house, and the inspector had found several warning signs with our furnace, which Stallion had just serviced 3 months prior. After three separate calls that evening, we arrived at an appointment the next morning, only to learn first thing that the appointment had to be cancelled and the expertise we needed would not be able to come to our house until the following week, which was too late.

Working with them was a waste of time. The woman I spoke to in the morning offered no apology for the significant inconvenience and lack of good information during my prior calls. She didn't give any acknowledgement that we were a current customer and this was their work that the inspection had found defective only 3 months after servicing. I was exceptionally disappointed and will never use them, again.
