Franks Landscaping

I had to change my review after having a second landscaper come because Franks Landscaping only put 2 plants and 2 flowers in my front yard, the first thing the landscaper noticed was that my brick that Frank's laid were upside down. my first look after the work was completed I felt they could have added more plants but when I got the second opinion everything changed. I texted frank about their errors and herd back nothing. I must say the whole time he worked on my front yard I watched him from 2 of my cameras while I was at work. plenty of time he was confused and did not seem to know what he was doing. they had a friend come and direct him on what to do. a job that should have take 4 hours took them 8.5 hours and he kept leaving and coming back and definitely seemed unprepared, I saw the first time short on the brick. What I paid for I did not get I asked for a wall three bricks high and he only did two. I'm definitely contacting the BBB and an attorney, luckily for me my job paid for attorney fees. I plan on having this fixed or refunded, even its it's half the refund because now I have to pay someone to take the brick wall apart and redo it also with adding more flowers.
