I can’t speak highly enough about MSI! Joe, the owner was hands down the most professional and courteous professional I’ve worked with in a long time and I have worked in the construction industry for 16 years. We had some water damage in our home from a storm and called our insurance for help- the team they sent was sloppy, took short cuts and missed wet insulation that laid on my walls for 4 days! We fired them and called Joe at MSI. His team was there days later, took everything out that should have been out the first time, worked non stop for 9 hours and cleaned up every step of the way. Trust me, don’t waste your time with the other storm restoration companies- if you get damage to your home call MSI and start with the best ! Joe and his crew were not only professional and great workers they were helpful and genuinely had our best interest in making sure our home was done right! Call them, you will be so happy you did!

I needed an inspection for suspected mold for my home for a refinance on our home. Joe explained the inspection process and affiliated costs honestly and clearly so I knew what he would be doing before he arrived. After booking our appointment, Joe came to our home and tested the area and assured us the results would be in within 3 business days. He delivered a full lab report with all the details and even took the time to help me understand what the report included and concerns he had for the tested area even though the results came back clear. I would highly recommend Joe and his organization in the future for all your inspection needs. Thanks Joe!!
