General Contractor reviews in Folsom, Pennsylvania

Muy buen servicio y fue rápido

Shaun did an excellent job doing carpentry work on our porch posts! He was very prompt and excellent rates! Highly recommend him!

Excellent work, very professional, and great communication. Highly recommend!

As a gift, my daughter and son-in-law contracted Shawn to install a stairway railing for us. He did an EXCELLENT job, (as the pictures show). His work was meticulous, and I would HIGHLY recommend him if you needed anything done. Also, I might add, that besides being a master carpenter and contractor, Shawn is just an all around nice guy !

Shaun is a professional contractor. He has worked in our home with big jobs and small ones. The quality of his work is excellent. He responds immediately when you call him and does the work in a timely manner.

Shaun is a craftsman who engineers his work for value. Shaun and his crew are quiet, considerate, and professional and they always cleaned up after their work. They stripped our bathroom to the beams and rebuilt it carefully to accommodate a larger and deeper tub and a full sized (and fully tiled) shower. It’s beautiful and the work was affordable. I highly recommend SPN.

My Go-To Handyman

As a homeowner, maintaining my home is important to me. To keep it in good working order and looking presentable, I rely on people providing professional services who are affordable, dependable, reliable and skilled at what they do. Shaun is my go-to professional when I require the services of a handyman. Shaun is extremely capable and has completed a variety of jobs for me: he has patched/repaired and painted the living room ceiling; repaired a broken door frame and adjacent wall; installed a front storm door; fixed a bedroom door that didn’t shut properly, sealed and caulked windows; capped door frames and windows, removed old metal-in-concrete fence posts, power washing, and stucco repair. Whether working inside or outside the house, he always leaves the space cleaner than it was before he began work. And, he is truly a nice person and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Shaun.

Hire with confidence! SPN recently completed a couple of projects for me in Drexel Hill. One of which was a front porch deck and very happy with the finished product.

Shaun did an excellent job renovating our finished basement. Within a month of moving into our home, we experienced bad water damage and decided to get our basement completely redone. We contacted Shaun who replied quickly with a thorough quote and clarity on when the job could be done. It required demolition of walls, framing of new walls where the layout of the floor was changed, and installation of new walls. His work was meticulous. Everything was done so professionally. He arrived early and worked quickly and carefully. We are so pleased with our new basement! We spend time there every day and continue to admire the quality of his work!

WOW - I was totally impressed wit the work Shaun , SPN Contracting, did for me. I had exterior capping, siding, gutters, downspouts all replaced and or added. Shaun did amazing work. He showed up every day until the job was complete. He was very methodical and cared about the work he did. I am not one to leave a contractor to work on his own but by the second day and seeing what he was doing I left him to do his thing. Not ONE thing had to be addressed or questioned each day I came home which for me is amazing. He worked on my home like it was his own which is unheard of today.
I have more projects for him when my budget allows! I Highly recommend Shaun also.

We replaced all the windows in our house. From the beginning of the project to the end, Shaun responded in a timely manner in providing a quote for the project and showed up at the time he specified to begin the work. He provided quality workmanship and was respectful of us and our home. We love how everything turned out and would not hesitate to use Shaun again!

Shaun installed a front and a back screen door, wrapped my porch pillars in aluminum, fixed my front step to properly have my front door flush, and a few other jobs. He communicates quickly through email/text and is extremely clean. No trace left behind. I am so grateful to have had the chance to work with Shaun/SPN Contracting. Shaun's work is impeccable! He was so awesome to work with and is local in Folsom. There will be more home projects and I will definitely use SPN Contracting again. Thanks Shaun for your hard work at my home. :) Jamie, 424

I can’t say enough positive things about Shaun and his work. He recently renovated an apartment at my rental property and did an amazing job. He is responsive, shows up on time, and keeps you informed on the status of the job. His work product is great and he never cuts corners. Shaun is a top-notch contractor and craftsman.

Shaun has performed several projects in our home such as: interior painting of walls, ceilings and trim; construction of room divider bookcases and repairs to our garage ceiling. All work was performed at the highest level of craftsmanship. He is on-time, trustworthy and takes pride in his work. He listens to the customer and is willing to work with them on a satisfactory outcome. We would highly recommend Shaun.

We always have an outstanding experience working with Shaun. He handles every aspect of our home repairs and renovations with professionalism, clear communication, and exceptional attention to detail.

The quality of Shaun’s workmanship truly stands out. Every repair and upgrade is completed with precision and care, and it is obvious he takes real pride in his craft. He shows up on time, keeps the workspace clean and organized, and stays on schedule throughout the entire project.

He offers thoughtful recommendations, respects our budget, and makes the entire process smooth and stress free.

If you are looking for someone reliable, skilled, and genuinely committed to doing exceptional work, we highly recommend Shaun.

We have had Shaun numerous times for different jobs. I can't say enough good things about him. His work is high-quality. He is meticulous. His price is always more than fair. He is a pleasure to have around! He has built steps, replaced boards on our deck, replaced doors, installed screens in our gazebo. He will always be the first contractor we call. He was referred to us years ago by a family who had Shaun do a complete remodel of their kitchen and that was a beautiful job. I recommend Shaun whole-heartedly!

We highly recommend Shaun Nordeman, who has done indoor painting, home repairs and renovations for us, just to name a few. Shaun's work and work ethic are outstanding. He responds right away when we reach out to him and arrives when he says he will be here. If he is coming back the following day, he makes sure he cleans up and leaves everything neat and ready for his next day's project. We continue to recommend him to friends, who also have been very, very pleased with what he has done for them. He is a gem!

Shaun installed a new storm door for me 2 weeks ago and did a great job. Shaun is hard working, a great contractor and reasonable. I love the new storm door. Thanks Shaun.

We first found Shaun and SPN Contracting through our plumber and asked him to come out for a quote to repair water damage in a bedroom. We chose to work with Shaun because he was responsive, pleasant, and honest about the work that needed to be done. We even tacked on some painting and fan installation in a second room based on his availability. Shaun arrived on time each day, worked steadily, and kept everything tidy. After a few days, we had two bedrooms that looked brand new! A few months later, we called Shaun again to help us replace our basement windows and storm doors. Once again, he was so easy to work with and helped us determine the best approach to the work. We have truly enjoyed working with Shaun and SPN Contracting, and highly recommend him for any home work you are looking to have done. He provides high quality work at a great value - you won't be disappointed!
