Whenever we have a plumbing need it’s never a question who to call. Travis and his team are timely, reliable and the problem is always solved in an efficient and honest manner.

I called about a broken drain pipe. I was able to make a temporary repair allowing the use of one bathroom and advised them it was not an emergency. They called me back in a couple hours to schedule a visit. It was scheduled within a few days, then moved up a day due to a cancellation, which was much appreciated. Within a few hours they had made the repair and were reasonably priced. Call and service were friendly and very professional. I highly recommend.

Urban plumbing came on very short notice to install a new water heater. I am extremely grateful they agreed to accept the job. They were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will certainly be using their services again!!!

Al and Travis were recommended by my neighbor. They arrived the same day I called. They repaired a leaking shower head after ordering replacement parts from the manufacturer. They had to return once the parts were delivered. I had them check several other concerns, and they showed me how to solve the problems. They were efficient and affordable, and their work was outstanding.

Happy repeat customer here. Travis came out to help me with a small issue. Fixed it quickly, as expected, but then he noticed a potential future issue where there was some corrosion on a supply pipe to my hot water tank. This was great catch as he was able to quickly correct the issue while here.

Found Urban Plumbing through an emergency situation: less than a week before Christmas, and no water in the kitchen or powder room! Al came highly recommended from a friend and now we will look no further regarding plumbing issues. Al and his son were prompt, professional, and the price was very fair. We called Urban Plumbing at 9 pm when our basement drains began backing up. Travis was there the next day, with Luke, to determine the cause and eventually unclog the sewer line running from our house to the main sewer.
