Where do I start with these guys. Been working on our basement bathroom for what has seemed like a whole year. Long story short, Hastings came in after we got screwed by a previous contractor and they fixed all of our plumbing issues perfectly. They came back after we finished drywall and tile to install all of our fixtures too. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for everything!!

Jim Hastings plumbing and heating was not only professional but did excellent work, was available last minute and very clean and respectful. They are diligent and actually take pride in their work! They are good honest plumbers which are unfortunately hard to come by!

A little background - i had them come out to price a job for new laundry valves and to install a pressure reducing valve at the main water. They were very friendly and honest and reasonably priced. However I had a home warranty so I decided to go through the home warranty contractor so that I wouldnt have to pay out of pocket. The home warranty contractor completely botched the job, removed an unnecessary amount of drywall, and instead of getting the part to fit my situation, they decided to get whatever part they first saw at the supplier and make it fit causing the large holes in my drywall and reducing my drain pipe from 2in to 1.5in pipe which is not to code. I kicked them out before they could finish the reducing valve at the main.

I then called Jim Hastings to come out and take a look at the work that was done by someone else that he had originally came out to price. He was not offended or upset at all and was more than willing to take a look and let me know the damage. He was very professional and kind.

I had him come and fix what the other contractors did and he did an amazing job, did not charge me extra, and was very willing to work with me and my situation. See the pictures below. The right side is hastings plumbings work... the difference is unbelievable.

this past week they spent , 2 full days replacing new pipes in laundry area, a new faucet in Kitchen , changing handle's on both toliets in bathrooms , due to my arthritic hand.
They worked harder than any repair person I have hired for plumbing emergencie's
From start to finish they are thorough and cleand up as they worke while working .

This has more than exceeded any plumbing work We have had done , they even took the time to fix some other plumbers work that was wrongly done previously,

We had an urgent plumbing issue. We looked up plumbers and came across Hastings plumbers. We called, they said they’d be over in 20 mins and Jim was there in 20 mins. He was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. He fixed a job that was done by someone else. His pricing was reasonable and the job was done in a timely fashion. We’ll definitely be using his services in future, if need be and we highly recommend him.

Jim and his son were great! They came out quickly to repair a leak and we liked them so much we asked them to a series of plumbing jobs we had been putting off for a while. The price was fair and they very hard. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.

I found this company on Home Advisor, they contacted me in less than 30 minutes, came over same morning and gave a free estimate that was very reasonable, came back same day and finished the entire large job by the end of the afternoon! They were fast, really courteous and cleaned up completely before they left. I am truly blown away by the experience. This was a first for me. These guys are *fantastic*. Called due to a leak in the pipes under my sink. Was unaware of the leak and it was a bit of a mess. Hastings responded promptly, came the same day, walked me through what was wrong, what needed to be done, and explained the price, which was incredibly reasonable. I called at 11am, and was relieved of my stress by 4:45. These guys are amazing. Can't recommend them enough.

I woke up at 5:30am today to hear my water heater alarm go off in my basement and found a leak that was starting to get big. My sister in law used Hastings before and had a good experience with them so I gave them a shot. They were amazing! Jim and his son came over within 45 minutes and got to work. They replaced my water heater and were done within a few hours. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of their services and would recommend them to anyone. Lastly, the pricing was very fair. Thanks again guys!
