I can not begin to explain what amazing people these are. Called in for a last minute load of topsoil and was promptly called back by Kimberly. She got me set up and scheduled a time for me to meet Bill and she was great, leaving me a message so I didn't miss my chance to swing by and get what I needed. Bill is one of those people you meet that just gets you fired up about life. If you get to talk to him for 5 minutes you'll know what I mean.......and he treats you like an old friend. Not only did I get the topsoil I needed in a pinch, I left feeling welcomed and valued as a customer- something rare in today's society. The best part, this was my first experience with this company and you better believe I will be back time and time again.

Owner was great to deal with. Has good quality supplies in his yard, lots of different options of rock to choose from. And great compost mixture for the garden also! I will definitely do business there again!

The owner of the company reached out to me immediately after I posted reviews of his business. He was incredibly apologetic and remedied the situation on the next business day. They did very good work, were prompt and professional and we are happy with what was done. I've debated changing this to 3 stars or 4 based on that. After the frustrating experience and time lost dealing with it I'm going middle of the road. If I hadn't typed the reviews I truly believe the work still wouldn't be completed and I wouldn't have received a call back from Erik or anyone.

This was one of the more unprofessional experiences I've had. After a 20 year career in HR, that's saying something.

Mid-March we met with Erik and got a bid for installing a French Drain. He really seemed to know what he was talking about so we accepted the bid instead of the others that we'd received. He told us he'd be in touch very soon to set us up for an early April install, weather dependent of course.

We never heard from him and I called several times in early April and finally talked to Bill Gleason who explained that Erik had a medical emergency he was recovering from. He said that Erik told him to prioritize our work and that I would hear something by the end of the week related to scheduling.

2 weeks later I called Erik again and he called me back. He said that we were still a priority and he was hoping for an early May install. 2 weeks later, I called and he pushed us back to mid or late May. 2 weeks later I called and he said late May and absolutely no later than early June. I asked him to please keep in touch with me versus me having to chase him. He absolutely agreed and apologized. I told him that we were getting pretty desperate to have the work done.

3 weeks later we're into early June and I call 3 days in a row and leave him messages pretty much begging him to call me back. Nothing. I left a final message asking him to just tell me if they did not intend to do the job or had changed their minds so that we could find someone else. No response. My husband left a message as well - nothing.

So, we've been waiting for 3 months to have this work done that is really affecting our backyard. At no point have we been anything less than understanding and polite but now we have been completely ghosted. Unprofessional isn't really a strong enough word but it's all I've got. Stay away.
