Landscaping reviews in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania

The owner of the company reached out to me immediately after I posted reviews of his business. He was incredibly apologetic and remedied the situation on the next business day. They did very good work, were prompt and professional and we are happy with what was done. I've debated changing this to 3 stars or 4 based on that. After the frustrating experience and time lost dealing with it I'm going middle of the road. If I hadn't typed the reviews I truly believe the work still wouldn't be completed and I wouldn't have received a call back from Erik or anyone.

This was one of the more unprofessional experiences I've had. After a 20 year career in HR, that's saying something.

Mid-March we met with Erik and got a bid for installing a French Drain. He really seemed to know what he was talking about so we accepted the bid instead of the others that we'd received. He told us he'd be in touch very soon to set us up for an early April install, weather dependent of course.

We never heard from him and I called several times in early April and finally talked to Bill Gleason who explained that Erik had a medical emergency he was recovering from. He said that Erik told him to prioritize our work and that I would hear something by the end of the week related to scheduling.

2 weeks later I called Erik again and he called me back. He said that we were still a priority and he was hoping for an early May install. 2 weeks later, I called and he pushed us back to mid or late May. 2 weeks later I called and he said late May and absolutely no later than early June. I asked him to please keep in touch with me versus me having to chase him. He absolutely agreed and apologized. I told him that we were getting pretty desperate to have the work done.

3 weeks later we're into early June and I call 3 days in a row and leave him messages pretty much begging him to call me back. Nothing. I left a final message asking him to just tell me if they did not intend to do the job or had changed their minds so that we could find someone else. No response. My husband left a message as well - nothing.

So, we've been waiting for 3 months to have this work done that is really affecting our backyard. At no point have we been anything less than understanding and polite but now we have been completely ghosted. Unprofessional isn't really a strong enough word but it's all I've got. Stay away.

We contacted them to discuss some options for our back yard which was very difficult to mow and maintain. Eric offered us some great suggestions and gave us a quote on the spot. We ended up going with him and loved the result. He and his crew were very professional and courteous. He has an excellent, hard-working team. The work was completed quickly and we couldn't be more pleased.

Professional team, great communication, smart suggestions, competitive quote and above excellent work! Will use again for all landscaping & hardscaping needs.

So I never had their service but they are so polite and always are in a good mood. I work at Getgo and they brighten my morning with their upbeat attitude. All the workers are nice. If I ever need landscaping service I will definitely call them.

We hired this crew after seeing what they had done at the entrance to our neighborhood and are just thrilled with the results! Joe came out for a consultation, provided a quick quote and fit us in their schedule. The results are better than expected- happy customers here.

We sought an estimate for sod installation and received it within a week (during the busy season). We hired Lawn Wizards, and they were on site within 2 days. The project was completed as discussed, the crew was friendly and professional, and so far everything looks great. I will definitely hire Lawn Wizards again!

Joe and his crew were amazing to work with, my mom had a huge wall fall in her backyard and Joe and the crew came in cleared out the old one and built a brand new wall in a week. They were very professional, kind and knowledgeable. The work is amazing and the professionalism of this crew is outstanding! If we could give a million stars we would! Thank you Joe and crew!!!

Joe and his crew installed an extensive french drain in my backyard. Joe's recommendations to add some water plants and colorful rocks on top of the drain were a great idea. Joe and his crew were professional, timely and I am very pleased with the final project. I would recommend this company.
