We have had a service contract with Creative Comfort Solutions since 2020...Nicole and all the techs have been a pleasure to work with. This year, Mike was great...he arrived when they said he would be here and he took the time to explain clearly what he was going to do. I highly recommend CCS.

We just got a furnace replaced by a competitor and then found out that creative solutions can do the same job for 25% less. They have been responsive And reliable so far, getting in for a quote for a second furnace very quickly. Will provide an update on here as we work with them more, but so far so great!

They responded the same day I needed help with my oil furnace. Everyone was professional and straight forward with everything and the service technician did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely use them for future service.

As always the guys from creative comfort are great, they are timely, nice and efficient. They take their time and complete the job fully.

Creative Comfort installed a new dual fuel heat pump in our home a few weeks ago. They were the best price and their team did a wonderful job, its much quieter than our gas furnace was. More importantly over the last few weeks they have been so responsive to every question I have had, no matter how trivial. That's really important to me.

Working with creative comfort has been great! They helped get us set up with central air (including duct work) and explained to us the benefits of a water pump for oil heat. They were patient with our kids and dog, persistent when issues arose (due to the unit, not the service), responsive to our questions, and always polite and friendly keeping us fully informed and feeling at ease with daily work going on in our busy home. Quality work and quality people, highly recommend!

I cannot speak more highly about any service provider! Not only did Joe Notte move up my install so that my elderly mother would not have to suffer another heat advisory without A/C, but Creative Comfort got me 0% financing and left a box of air filters!!

They left my home cleaner than they found it, set up my dehumidifier with a separate pump so the HVAC unit wouldn't do double duty, and even used the existing base for the new thermostat so I would not have to paint the wall!

I started working with Creative Comfort in 2012 when they installed an air conditioning system in my 1930s home. I've continued to use them over the past 12 years to service and maintain the system, and have also hired them to service my furnace every year. The reason I chose Creative Comfort over larger competitors, and the reason I continue to work with them today, is their commitment to service and customer satisfaction. When my system was first installed, I had a bunch of questions, and no matter when I called, their staff was always courteous and responsive (in one case, even breaking away from a kickball game to help me during an unseasonably hot weekend). Over the years, their team has grown, but their commitment to customer service hasn't wavered. Nicole makes the process of scheduling annual services a breeze. Appointment windows are reasonable (no more than 2 hours), and communication is superb (regular texts letting you know when the technician is scheduled to arrive). Technicians are friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Time is allotted after every appointment to explain the service, offer recommendations and answer questions. And, whenever unexpected things happen (and invariably they do), founder, Russell Notte, makes sure that concerns are addressed, and issues are resolved. Creative Comfort continues to exceed my expectations, and, truly, I can't recommend them highly enough!

Was referred to Creative Comfort Solution through a friend in Philly. My heater broke over a weekend and they sent someone out in the morning that next Monday. After another company offered to replace our boiler, Creative Comfort Solutions was able to order the parts and have it fixed just before temps dropped into single digits. As a property manager, their pricing is fair and their techs are courteous and knowledgeable. Can't recommend them enough!

Excellent service starting with the scheduler fitting me into a extremely busy schedule so I would not have to go 3 days with no a/c in 90 degree heat. The technician was prompt, professional and knowledgeable . In less than an hour, my a/c was running again. Highly recommended!

The system and services provided by Creative Comfort Solutions have made, and continue to make, our row home comfortable all summer long--we choose to use our mini-split system for air conditioning only. They have continued to provide responsive, expert and friendly service over the years. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend this place. Scheduling was easy, cheaper than other quotes, and no increases or unexpected charges.
I had to get a drip pan replaced in my AC unit. The guy who came over was professional and fixed it quickly, and checked that the pump was working. He found that the joint in the duct needed to be replaced after removing it, so he went and got the part and then replaced it with no charge.
Whoever answers the phone (Nicole maybe?) was professional, nice, and understanding. I will be using these guys in the future and don't hesitate to recommend them.

The CCS guys are really great to work with. Scheduling is straightforward and they give direct assessments and explain the work thoroughly.

Creative Comfort has been our heating and air conditioning service company for years. We are pleased with our equipment and Nate has been a great provider of service each year for the past few years. Nicole always is there to help if we have an issue and turnover time for any problem is taken care of quickly. Great customer service and feel confident in continuing with this company.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Creative Comfort! HIGHLY recommend for HVAC issues and maintenance. Everyone we interacted with was professional, kind, honest, and communicative which is getting harder and harder to find.

Our AC suddenly stopped working and Creative came out to take a look at our issue. They provided us with quotes for multiple possibilities, and their techs did extensive testing and checking to identify that we just needed a new condenser and a coil replacement. We were able to get it scheduled quickly, the install crew was absolutely fantastic and we are cool again. We’re so pleased with the entire experience and will be returning customers for maintenance and anything else that crops up.

Having HVAC issues is no fun as it can get costly very quickly, and we went through the wringer with some other big-name shops who tried use scare tactics to sell us an entire new system. That’s not Creative’s style, and as a homeowner it just feels like a huge win to find folks like that. Again, highly recommend and a huge thanks to the whole crew for the fantastic job!

Creative Comfort Solutions (CCS) did an awesome job installing two High Velocity, High Efficiency HVAC Systems in our home. The Project Manager Joe Notte and Superintendent Shawn, along with the rest of the CCS team were great to work with. They completed a quality installation with attention to detail; and were responsive to daily in person and email communications to: answer our questions, align on installation preferences and resolve any "punch list" items. We competitively bid this project and CCS provided the best value for this important home investment!

They were incredibly reasonably priced and offered solutions that no other company we consulted would even consider. They are truly engineers and artisans! They are always on time, leave our home better than they found it, were very pleasant to work with from beginning to end.
