Sullivan’s Heating & Cooling installed a boiler and air handler in my home the company was awesome, clean professional and great attitude got the job done before the estimated time and the best part was the price came in a lot lower the the big name company’s.

I have to say , I’ve been around and have hired , dealt with many HVAC companies , but Sullivan’s by far is the best ! They throughly walked me thru and explained what caused my heating to stop working and what preventative maintenance I can use to avoid it happening again . Very polite and helpful , absolutely insightful !! I highly recommend using Sullivan’s Heating & Cooling if ever in need .

Sullivan's heating & cooling helped out alot. My heat went out in the middle of the night, and they came out fast to fix it. My pilot light went out and my flame sensor needed to be replaced. Sullivan walked me through everything that needed to be done. I will highly recommend him to anyone.

This guys is pretty much a crook. I hired him to do some renovations on my house back in May 2024. He gave me the lowest estimate out of a couple of other contractors and from that I should have known better. I was surprised his number was so low, so I went over the work a second time with him just to make sure he understood what I wanted and to give him a chance to see if he would raise his number, he didn't. I gave him half the total upfront so that he can get materials and pay a day worker to do some painting. He went to the house for 1 day. A day later he asked me for another 25% of the remaining dollars as a "progress payment". I was ticked at this because he hadn't done any tangible work as yet (but had the nerve to do a facebook live in my house while I wasn't there, showing my valuables to the world). I hesitantly paid him this "progress payment" because I just wanted to get the work done. He took the payment and ran. Never heard or saw from him again. It's contractors like these that discourages anyone from doing anything really. I wish I could give zero stars. I know there seems to be positive reviews here for the hvac business but I didn't hire him for that. Maybe this is the way he supplements the hvac business by stealing money as a contractor.

Kevin came out at 10:30 pm! Saved the day! Had a clog in a/c line was leaking inside my house! He fixed it his price was so fair for coming to our rescue! Super nice guy on top of it all! Thanks Kevin! Will use your service again and will refer you anyone in need!

Greatest service I’ve ever had dealing with an HVAC. Kevin explained everything in detail what was wrong with my unit. He also took the time to explain what I can do to maintain my unit to extend its life expectancy. No other companies have ever done that before. Every other company wanted to sell me a new unit. Kevin was awesome, no air in the middle of a heat wave could make you crazy. He came by right on schedule and was able to fix the air and everything is cool again. Super nice and was able to explain what happened so even I could understand. No one is touching my heat or air conditioning other then him!
