Honest, affordable and great work!

Walt comes through absolutely every time I need him! He power washed for me personally at my house, but I also used his services on other projects at homes I’m working on (I’m a contractor), and he’s absolutely phenomenal every time. He’s the real deal.

Walt is the best. Best guy,best power washer. Attention to detail is second to none. I don't paint my house because the power washing is so consistent and good, year after year.

Walt did a great job removing old, detoriating deck stain and bringing our deck back to life with a gorgeous new stain. I received excellent service with the power washing work that Walt has done on my house for about three sessions over the last 10 years. Walt knows his stuff! He explained how his safe cleaning materials will keep the house and outdoor furniture free of dirt and mildew for longer. He spent a lot of time at my house, noticing areas that needed cleaning that I did not see and I did not think he could reach. He took care of my older "original" trex deck and really made it look like brand new without overdoing it or risking any harm to the older material. I cannot recommend this company enough and will immediately be a return customer for any future service.

After doing some research online of local companies who do powerwashing and staining of decks, I reached out to Lafty’s Power Washing and I am so glad I did! I called and left a voicemail with my location and deck specifications. I heard back from Walt Lafty asking me for some photos, and within 24 hours I had a written quote. I asked if he would use Behr stain (not what he typically uses), and he said yes with no hesitation as long as I purchased the stain. He removed the stain from the quote, and sent a new quote. We agreed and he specified that I didn’t need to pay him until job was completed. He powerwashed the deck when he said he would, and a few days later he stained the deck!
