Constraction reviews in Glenshaw, Pennsylvania

Great company Good people that can handle any size job !! CYA

Honest quality work! Definitely plan to trust Zach's with future work.

Zach's completed a nice rear deck for me. Beautiful design and very strong deck.

Very happy with the work, reasonable price, would def use zach many more times on diff projects! A++

We had a concrete walkway, patio and steps.
They were on schedule and completing before the cold.
Im very happy and the work is high quality for the cost.

Brian is respectful of your property.
Experienced, prompt, stands behind his work. Our bathroom turned out to our expectations.

We highly recommend Zach Construction!!! He did a new deck for us the work is great ! He removed old cement steps and built the deck off my back porch ! He is very reliable and prompt . He cleans up after himself and keeps you informed throughout the whole process ! We will definitely use him again for other projects that we need done !

I can't say enough about Brian's professionalism and quality of work that he performed for me. He took out my old cement steps, put in a new footer and new cement steps and took care of my foundation and front porch with cement and parging repairs. Being a new widow, it was scary to venture into the contracting world. I'm blessed to have him in my life and he has already scheduled other jobs for me. He does require 1/2 deposit at time of scheduling the job. He is worth every cent and more! I recommend him 100%

Brian did a phenomenal job replacing our front porch! My husband and I were extremely satisfied from start to finish. He is very professional, punctual, and does incredible work for the value. We will definitely be working with Brian for future projects!

Hired Zack to replace my rotted out bath tub drain w/ a pvc kit. Job wasn’t easy, previous contractor did things backwards & left a mess.
Zack took care of the situation in no time. Quality of work is superb & price was fair.
Can’t recommend this gentleman enough.
Thanks Zach !

The bathroom turned out beautiful. Excellent attention to detail!

David just completed my bathroom and I'm very satisfied. Everything was gutted out completely and remodeled. Thank you David for your excellent work

Very pleased with the and he worked around my schedule. I couldn’t be happier with the results

Helped solve a problem with a shower door. Very reliable and knowledgable. Easy to work with and offers fair in pricing.

David is very professional, on time, does great work, and is very reasonably priced for his services. I was very happy with my experience hiring him and will definitely call him back if I need additional work done around the house.

Great all around handyman: awesome complete bathroom renovation and tiling job, designed a possible kitchen renovation I’m considering having done and did several necessary home improvements for me. Dave is as honest as he is talented and easy to work with.

David did a few small jobs for us: mailbox replacement, some exterior lighting, and some ventilation work in our attic. He was responsive, on time, professional, friendly, did good work, and made some good recommendations for other improvements we hadn't considered.

David was first rate from start to finish. He does all the work himself (plumbing, drywall electrical etc) so you aren't waiting for subcontracters that you don't know. He is extremely professional and up front about prices and stuck to the estimate, even though he ran into some unexpected things when it came to the plumbing. He works on your job and your job alone. Finished just over the predicted time, and that was only because of having to move plumbing. He updated me every step of the way and sought my input when needed. He was also a great source when I wasn't sure what I wanted. It was nice to trust his years of experience. Highly recommended. I would be glad to give him a reference if you want to speak to me personally.

David removed our old mailbox and installed a new one. He responded to our request very quickly and was able to do the job the very next day. He did a better job than the original mailbox. He was very nice and very efficient. We will definitely call him for our other jobs.

Cannot recommend David highly enough! He truly helped us with a complex shower issue in a way that others simply could not do. I appreciated that he took his time to do a thorough assessment of the issue at the time of the appraisal and even before he came to do the job. He patiently took the time to educate me on the issue and answered every single question. It is so difficult to find someone who will truly do a great job. Would hire him again without hesitation!!!

We had a dated bathroom with some shower leakage issues. In addition to correcting the issues Dave created a wonderful new bathroom to our desires. He structurally repaired the shower floor area and expanded the shower size. All new fixtures were installed and we were able to make choices on the little details. Thank you!
