Rich is as honest and affordable as it gets. He's found parts and other fixes that extended the life of our 30 year old furnace as opposed to doing an install to make more money. Highly recommend.

Not only did they respond quickly, they stayed until the job was completed-After 7pm. They were also sure to clean before the job was done. I would recommend you call Romea and Son as their price is always comparable and fair.

These guys are the best. Great prices, friendly, efficient, and effective. Will definitely be using them again for any HVAC work and would recommend the same to anyone else. I've dealt with the bigger HVAC companies in the area and these guys beat them out in every way.

These guys are awesome! Stated on the initial call my ac unit was 19 years old. They came out found it to be a MUCH less expensive part. Got me up and running.

100% recommend! I had my furnace serviced. Very responsive, neat and clean, fair pricing, professional and explained everything! I’ve referred to a few friends who have all been extremely happy with the work.

Had a cold weather emergency. They answered during the holidays and were able to come out quickly. After a few minutes of work the furnace issue was solved and their minimum fee was less than a few other places I had called that served the north hills. Rich was professional and straightforward. Would hire them again in a heartbeat

I highly recommend them. The quality of their work is excellent. The installation was timely and very professional. They cleaned up the previous installation by replacing old gas lines and electrical parts. I couldn’t be happier with every aspect of the work they did and how they did the work.

These guys are honest, reliable, and are not trying to take all of your money! They installed a furnace and AC in my home and even though the furnace has given us some issues, Rich has always picked up the phone for me and care to my house as many times it took to fix the issue. I highly recommend this business!

As a homeowner, you're never more vulnerable than when your HVAC unit goes out - you're freezing- and you need help NOW. It's at this moment that you need someone who not only knows what they're doing, but is not going to take advantage of you in this vulnerable moment. Romea has always been there for me with quality service at a fair price. I wouldn't even think about calling anyone else.

Cannot say enough positive things about this group. I noticed that my water heater was starting to deposit iron around the bathtub. After flushing it numerous times and seeing the install date was 2006, I gave Romea and Son a call about replacing the water heater and going tankless. Rich Romea provided a competitive quote after coming out to estimate. After choosing them, Rich and PJ were at the house within a few days to install. Rich and PJ arrived at 8:10 and literally worked the entirety of the day to do a brand new tankless install within a single day. They cleaned up everything afterwards and even Swiffered the floor. Best group I’ve worked with by far. I’ll be contacting them for a split system HVAC install in a new addition to our house next year. Excellent work guys!

Amazing service, quick bid, saved hundreds to a thousand dollars compared to other bids. Efficient TempStar condenser seems quieter than my neighbors and provides amazing cooling. Really clean workmanship. Could not be happier. Even submitted extended warranty registration on my behalf. Great guys who really deliver. Highly recommend

Finally a contractor I can trust!

I received several quotes for my complete Furnace/AC/Hot Water Tank system. Most companies pushed higher end products than I actually needed for the size of my house.

When Rick showed up he immediately recognized that I did not need anything of the sizes other companies were quoting. As Rick stated and trust me this is very true the install is just as, if not more important than the equipment itself. Rick said I would be amazed at the work his son Rich would do for my install. He told me this with such confidence that I immediately looked into reviews for his company. I found no bad reviews anywhere and I am a person who does his research before making such a large purchase.

After hiring Rick and Rich for the job, it was nice to hear thank you from someone for the business. Rick again promised I will be overly pleased with the final install. BOY WAS I! I worked from home over the few days it took to finish the install, the guys were extremely respectful, and put in a full days work everyday. At the end of each day Rich would report what was done, what was left and what to expect the next day. I cannot tell you how that feels to have a contractor that keeps you 100% in the loop. There were a few things such as gas lines in the way that they moved and rerouted for me just so my install would look clean and neat. I did not get that quoted, but Rich did it anyway as he stated this is how I would want this to look if it were my home. After the install they walked me through everything and even filled all of the warranty work for me, that way they knew I was 100% covered.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and I am in no way affiliated with them. It is just such a breathe of fresh air to see something installed they way it was promised from the beginning.

I have no question that when I need service or cleaning for my equipment, this will be the only HVAC company I call.

I used Romea&Son initially for AC and heating repairs, and was always extremely satisfied with the service. Once had our heat go out on an extremely cold day, and Rich came immediately and fixed it!
When we needed a new unit we did have a couple companies give us bids, but was a no brainer to go with Rich! Great pricing, very professional, personal, and prompt! I know with Romea. & Son I dont have to worry that I am being upcharged or that its going to take longer than promised. Love working with them!

They came on short notice when my furnace died last winter. They installed a new furnace quickly. The price was lower than expected. I had a great experience and would recommend Richard and his father to family and friends.

This was the BEST experience we have had since owning an older home. We have a family member with health issues and needed to get our AC replaced ASAP. The price was so affordable and the service was top notch! This is a family owned business that treats their clients like family! It was great meeting you all and thank you for everything!

I would never call anyone else.

I received bids from 2 larger companies. One sent an employee who only had 4 months of experience and the other sent an employee who was trying to sell me cheap equipment at a high price, so he could make a big commission.

I went with Rich because he was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He also assured me that he would be the one installing the equipment (not an employee).

Rich took his time and made sure that everything was perfect. He even replaced some old gas lines (which were fully functional), because he didn't like the way they looked.

After he was done, he walked me through everything and left my basement cleaner than he found it.

I couldn't be happier.

My furnace died, Saturday, the day after Christmas. It was 15 degrees.
You would think these guys would take a long weekend and relax. Nope. I called and they were here in 45 minutes repaired my furnace and got everything up and running. Great work at reasonable prices. They have become my "go to" heating and air guys. Highly recommend them and would use them again without doubt.

I can't say enough about what a great experience I had with Romea's Heating and AC!

They quickly scheduled an appointment, gave me a detailed quote and used no pressure or cheesy sales gimmicks to try and close me. I chose to go with them for a new furnace and central AC unit. They were able to have me scheduled in a week. Showed up when they said they would, explained everything to me in detail and did even more than they said they would.

The service, price and equipment were all more than we could have hoped for. I can't say enough about how great Rick, Rich, Porky and the team were.

I recently had Romea & Son replace an aging boiler in my home and I couldn't be happier with their work. Rich and his team were punctual, professional and extremely efficient. Replacing a boiler is not a quick process; Rich made sure to provide me with frequent updates on the work and was happy to answer any of my questions. I can tell Rich is passionate about his work and I would highly recommend him for any HVAC projects. I will not hesitate to use their services in the future.

Could not recommend more! Called on a Monday and got an appointment for Tuesday for an issue with my thermostat losing power. Rich couldn’t have been more friendly on the call and in-person during the repair. Went through all the diagnostics and was able to figure out that it was an issue with the thermostat. Very thorough and an all-around great experience. Will definitely use for all hvac needs moving forward.
