David, thank you for going above and beyond from communication to clean up. I’d give 10 stars if I could. I chose David for handyman services including reinstallation of a drapery rod that I made a complete mess of trying to fix myself. It involved drywall patching. He repaired a pantry door and installed a new thermostat. He responded quickly with a more than fair quote, was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and tidy! Unheard of these days. He went above and beyond to help me and even provided tips for multiple DIY tasks to
save me $. He provided recommendations on other repairs I asked about and without asking, he helped me to prioritize my repairs. He is meticulous in his work and operates as if it were in his own home. I only wish I had found him sooner! It is obvious he cares about his customers needs and holds himself to a very high standard. He is thoughtful in his work and is committed to delivering value. You wont be disappointed. David did a great job with a recent issue we had. He was responsive, gave a good assessment of the problem, and showed exceptional attention to detail. I will definitely be using him again.

David did an excellent job in our new shower. He was prompt and very professional. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. He was very easy to deal with whenever my wife and I had additional features added in. All expenses with receipts were sent via email during the project. He went above and beyond to make sure he kept our house clean during the remodel. We would recommend him and hire him again without hesitation.

Dave is so great to work with and very detailed. He did a fantastic job power washing our deck, house and garage doors. Thank you for being able to fit us into your schedule. We highly recommend Dave and will be in touch for other projects.

David recently completed an extensive bathroom repair that was needed as a consequence of a water leak behind a vanity. This was not a full remodeling. We wanted to keep the look while updating the floor and the vanities. The result was just what we needed. David listened to us and worked with us to complete the project the way we envisioned it, taking care of every little detail that could enhance the result. David did plumbing, ceramic tile floors, wall repairs, installation of vanities and toilets. During the job, he responded very promptly to all communications, and was frank, open, polite, friendly and respectful. He explained everything he did, gave us options and advice at every step and fully supported the decisions we made. He did product research for us and worked to keep our expenditure down, without compromising quality or structural soundness. He really did all the work by himself! His work was meticulous, well finished, solid and clean. He knows his stuff and stands behind his word. It is obvious that he takes pride in a job well done. I would not hesitate to do business again.

Fantastic. Dave is a great guy and does quality work. He is probably the only contractor I have used that is more responsive than I could ever be. He answers calls, texts and emails promptly. I can't tell you how many out there don't respond back. He communicates throughout the build and offers his opinion to help you make the best decision. His prices are competitive and he does quality work. I have no complaints about him. I never had to worry if he was ripping me off or being dishonest. According to him, everything is possible. For my job he was the only person that worked on it. Start to finish. If i can figure out how to upload pictures i will. He had to take down a wall and move all the water, gas, and drain pipes.
Hopefully you are lucky enough for him to accept your job!! My wife and I are very happy! Thank you so much David.

David is top notch! We have hired him several times and he never fails to impress. He approaches every job, big or small, with care and attentiveness, and yet he always finishes in a timely manner. From total bathroom makeovers including flooring and bead board walls to fixing a stairwell railing screw--he does it all, wonderfully. Highly recommend.

UPDATE: just finished our biggest renovation yet with David: a full kitchen makeover. There's no way for a renovation of that type to not be obtrusive in your life and difficult (weeks without a way to prepare food, wash dishes, etc.), but I truly believe that working with David makes the whole process less painful than it might otherwise be. He did a great job, keeping us updated daily on the many--MANY!--tasks that had to be done. He was a good sounding board for the million little decisions that have to be made for such a job, which was so helpful to us as first-timers. His breadth of experience is very useful that way. The end product is better than we ever could have imagined. We absolutely love our kitchen, thank you David!!

Our guest bathroom shower/tub was leaking. The shower/tub is original to the house and we were told it would need replaced by 3 other companies quoting. David took a very thorough approach to reviewing the shower/tub and diagnosed that while the shower/tub is old, the immediate issue could be fixed. I appreciate his honesty, the time he spent looking at the issue, explaining everything in great detail, and not pushing for the upsell of a replacement. Will definitely be calling David back for future projects.

Dave recently completed a kitchen renovation for us and to stay he did an amazing job is an understatement. From the beginning to the very end he kept us informed and involved in the process and provided expert guidance along the way. Even taking time to humor my three year old son who was very curious about the process (and tools) lol. The quality of his work is outstanding down to the finest details and I could not be happier with how our kitchen turned out. We are so appreciative of his hard work, mindfulness of our budget, and his grace in dealing with the several challenges that cropped up along the way. Even more so, for the several side quests he did and helped us with, very much outside the scope of our contract. The care he took to make our home safer and more efficient just says so much about his expertise and character. While we are happy to have our kitchen back, we were sad to see Dave go! He just feels like part of the family now and we hope to have him back for more projects in the future. Thank you, Dave!

We love our new basement bathroom, very pleased with the results. David is very punctual and remains in constant communication throughout the process. He is a meticulous and skilled worker, with knowledge in all aspects of the project.

Dave recently completed a bathroom renovation for us. A few years ago he also renovated our kitchen. As we expected, Dave's work on our bathroom was simply amazing. He is beyond detail-oriented and takes the time to ensure every question is answered and he goes above and beyond with everything. During both renovations he helped with a few other things that were going on in our house. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this gentleman. I highly recommend Dave for your home renovation projects!

David is the best! I have had multiple contractors do work at my home and David has set a high bar. From start to finish, David was phenomenal with his communication at every step of the process. He took what otherwise could have been a basic bathroom remodel into a beautiful high quality bathroom.
David took his time to make sure we were always happy with the work and was always there to offer his experience and advice when we needed to make a decision. He made sure that we got exactly what we asked for. I have never had a contractor be as responsive, conscientious, thoughtful and caring as David.
Our experience with David surpassed all of our expectations. David is awesome! My wife and I saw what a wonderful person he is and enjoyed every interaction we had with him.
My only regret is that I could not give him a higher rating.
