Ireland contracting is the best! We had an issue where the have old siding that began to succumb to the weather here in western PA. We made the decision to replace the siding on the entire house rather than to continue to piecemeal the repairs as we had done in the past. We contacted several contractors but were very impressed with the service from Ireland, and decided to use their services.
We got excellent consultation from them on the siding type shutter design and color that matched our brick. The materials came in in short order, and the crew they sent out was professional and courteous. The work that resulted was fantastic. I’m proud to drive up to our house without seeing the peeling and mold damage. It actually looks like a new house, which is something I never imagined, but definitely appreciate. There were two shutters that were damaged in transit, and Ireland replaced and installed the replacements very quickly.
I’m extremely satisfied with the result and highly recommend Ireland Contracting! You won’t be disappointed.

We couldn't be happier with our new roof and shutters. Project manager Tim was very knowledgeable and easy to reach when we had questions. The work crew were all nice and courteous. Ireland delivered everything they promised. We highly recommend this company if you need a new roof. They were also competitively priced!!

Tom Dunne with Ireland was the sales person that came to view the project, provide an estimate, and coordinated the work. He is very knowledgeable, open to listening to ideas, very personable, and provided recommendations on things we had not thought about. We had Ireland demolish a 12'x12' three season room off the back of the house, replace the roof with new OSB plywood/shingles, new siding, soffit, fascia, gutters and downspouts on the entire house. They did an excellent job overall, and the same crew did all the work from start to finish. Tom was there day 1 at the start of the project to make sure everything got delivered, staged properly, and he ran through the project with the crew and myself to make sure all of my wants were understood. Tom stopped in daily to check on the progress of the crew, and would call if there were any questions. The crew did a great job of cleanup, and they battled rainy conditions three out of the 4 days it took them to complete the project. It was a seamless process with Ireland overall which made our lives easier, and the end product was great. I would recommend Ireland Contracting to anyone who is looking for any type of home exterior work they do. They were a one stop shop for all our needs.

Had ice dams and water damage as a result. Ireland came right out to find the roof in perfect condition. They really helped me out. The roof was installed August, 2022. It is perfect and very attractive on our salt-box house.

I would say that overall it was a fairly lukewarm experience. If you hire this contractor I would check in throughout the day to ensure that there are not things being done incorrectly.
We hired Ireland to do replace a roof and siding. The salesman was fine, initially we liked him. But we lost communication with him once the job was complete and the job was paid for. The roof crew, overall did pretty well. There was a few sloppy parts that they had to correct after the fact, still waiting for them to return and fix the crooked flashing on our chimney ( see picture) . The second crew did the siding and I would say this is where the bulk of our issues came from. First they started to put the siding on over the barely there foam board. This was our old foam board, clearly not adequate for brand new siding to be installed over it. ( see picture) . Luckily I looked out the window and hurriedly called the sales man for them to please replace the foam board prior to installing over. Secondly, there was so much debris around the yard, we brought this up the salesman but nothing was done about it. We ended up picking up at least 3 handfuls of nails, scrap siding pieces, etc. Our neighborhood is full of dogs, outside cats and kids, so that was just a disaster waiting to happen. the fourth thing is there were two muddy footprints on our mini split system and window sill right where they were working. ( see picture) . The fifth and final thing is the large pile of loose debris that was left in the corner of our yard over the Christmas holiday. The winds were bad and we continually had to police the garbage as the wind blew it around ( see picture) It sat there for at least a week. Pretty disappointing overall.

We had Ireland Contracting add a new roof over our back deck, reshingled the entire house as well our detached garage. They did an amazing job. They were very clear with their plan, showed up on time, extremely well priced, finished in a very timely manner and the workmanship is outstanding. They were very aware of our existing home and landscape and disrupted as little as possible all while cleaning up as they went along. The process from start to finish was very pleasurable.

I am so incredibly pleased with our porch portico build from Ireland contracting. What felt impossible was made possible by the excellent crew that worked tirelessly to make sure every trim and detail was done to perfection. Shout out to Noah from the crew for his expertise and top notch customer service and also Marc for finding solutions and making things happen when we felt like things wouldn’t go according to plan. We cannot stop staring at how wonderful the addition is to our house.

Update: we have had separation along the posts that were glued together. We have been waiting for a response since Nov 3 to rectify this and TJ who took over for the main sales rep of our job just blocked my husbands phone number and no one has reached out to correct this problem. The Amish showed up announced and started to put nail holes in the middle of the board not correcting the seal of the separation on the ends. Extremely disappointed with this customer service. Right in our contract states a 5 year workmanship warranty that they are not holding up on their end. We will have to pursue further action if this is not resolved.

I recently worked with Chad and Lora to complete my home’s roof replacement. I was weary of this home project because it’s such a big, daunting project but Ireland made our experience super easy. We’ve had some temperature issues with our second floor that we believed were stemming from the old roof. I worked with Chad and he was able to complete an inspection and offer up recommendations for the new roof that would help alleviate some of our issues. The crew that completed the work was incredibly fast and efficient. We’re a couple months in with the new roof and can say that our home is keeping better temperature.
