There really is no way to convey my allegiance to Rydal Fuels other than to try to explain. We had a furnace installed by another company several years ago. That furnace was rusting away from the inside out since it was a year old. We didn’t know Rydal Fuels at that time. Ultimately, after significant effort, the manufacturer agreed to replace the furnace free of charge and offered to pay an HVAC company to remove the existing furnace and install the replacement. We did not want the original HVAC company to do the work for obvious reasons. However, finding a company that would help us was very difficult. None of the companies contacted wanted to get involved. However, with Joe from Rydal Fuels we found empathy and confidence that the matter could be remedied. He assured us that he would do the job and that the result would be as it should have been five years before. He basically is our Hero!!! His employees are every bit as diligent and knowledgeable as Joe. It is difficult to express the amount of relief Rydal Fuels gave everyone in our family!!! Rydal Fuels is our HVAC company for life! I called Rydal Fuel today for a price quote for heating oil. Their quote was $3.29 for 150 gallons. After calling a few more companies in the Jenkintown area, I was able to find much better prices -- 150 gallons for $2.94 cents a gallon. That is a difference of 35 cents a gallon. It is also interesting to note that if I purchased less than 150 gallons from Rydal Fuel, the price went up significantly -- up to $3.69 a gallon while the other distributors only charged around $3.00 which is a difference of about 67 cents a gallon. Also, to get my heater primed by Rydal, the cost was $20, while the other companies only charged $10.

Rydal Fuel is an excellent company and the best installer I know. I have used them several times to install hot water heaters. If you get Home Depot to install a hot water heater you can expect 5-10 years of performance. Rydal Fuel installs Bradford White and you can get up to 20 years of performance. This is a great company.
