I’ve been using Building Inspectors And Contractors for years for my oil, heater maintenance, to install a new ac, and to install a new heater in a rental property. The techs are so friendly, knowledgeable and professional, the office staff is amazing and the prices can’t be beat!

The office and employees were easy to communicate with. Work ethics were first rate. Prompt, efficient, and respectful of surrounding areas. I can't say enough about the quality of the work. I highly recommend the company.

This is my second experience with this company and one again great! First we needed a outlet put in behind our wall mount TV and they were the only company that did not try to gouge the heck out of us. This time I needed some AC check up and they were prompt and professional and the cost was also fantastic. Would recommend without doubt.

Had a new oil burner system installed by this company. The men worked very quickly and cleanly. Had to remove old system and installed new one in the time promised. Customer service (Terri) is very kind and courteous. Explained the billing and answered any questions I had. I recommend this company highly.

We had BI install a ductless HVAC system in our home. The price was very reasonable and they were professional, courteous and performed work on time. They even went above and beyond and winterized our outdoor pipes for us. Highly recommended.

I have called Randy a few times for AC repair at my office and he is literally the most responsive contractor I have ever encountered. He is a busy contractor and the way he responded, you would have thought it was his own business.

He quickly trouble shot the issues I was having and made an educated repair based on many years of experience. I found him to be honest, and an excellent craftsman. What more could you ask for in a contractor?

I called BIC for my AC not working one night. The temp had climbed to over 80 in my house. The owner said he would be out the next day. To my surprise I woke up to my AC working!!! I called to tell him it was working. He says I know I was over at 3am because I was worried I wouldn’t be able to fit you in. Absolutely amazing. Incredible customer service!!!

I have had my hot water heater replaced by Randy Aiken and his team. They have come out on several occasions for emergency service including leaky pipes, faulty HVAC, etc. The response time is unbeatable. I have referred them to multiple people for plumbing and HVAC work and everyone was satisfied.

I have an old steam heat system which other contractors have attempted to service and not done so. My experience with this company, so far, is excellent. They are respectful of my property and my time - notifying me of arrival time and then being prompt. The problem is not yet resolved but I'm confident that they have properly diagnosed it and will repair next week.

Great company and very responsive! Ginnie the office manager and staff answer their phones and get you scheduled as quickly as possible. Service techs in the field are top notch, professional and thorough. I would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs!

I had major flooding issues in my basement. They came out and installed a new sump pump with more horse power, and then came out a second time to attach a jet pack back up system to the sump. Last night we had at least seven inches of water in the basement again. Called emergency line and the woman said she’d page the on call person and have them contact me. No one called. Very frustrated:(

I called the company to request a quote on a plumbing issue that I had last week. The technician who came by was incredibly unprofessional and rude. He arrived outside of the time frame requested, did not introduce himself, barged into my front door, all while not wearing a mask. He then proceeded to inspect my plumbing issue and when I asked him for a quote or ballpark figure stated “well, it’s going to be very expensive”, assuming he knew what would be expensive for me. He also rolled his eyes at my husband and I a few times for reasons I can’t understand while we were mid conversation. I have never felt so disrespected by a contractor. I reported this worker to the company receptionist , who was apologetic and kind. I will not be using this company due to my negative encounter with the plumber.

I would never use this company again! I spread the word around my niegboborhood and friends not to ever call them! Was here for 1 min. and charged me 185.00. Really?? Just to shut the blower off, that somehow was put on. Thanks for the break! Found another company that would have only charged 35.00 you should be ashamed of yourself!

My son had a technician come to repair his heater. He was charged for
"heater repair" but the heater has never worked. 2 other heater repair companies came and both said the heater appears to have never been touched much less repaired. Numerous calls to Randy are returned at odd hours, or never returned at all. I can't understand a company doing business like this. I would strongly advise against using this company.
