I just had the NG furnace and central air replaced by O'Donnell & Sons. Thorough and honest diagnosis (of a 22-year-old unit), fair price on the new equipment, and professional and courteous installation. Took care of my home and did everything they said they would do.

I called O’Donnell and they were about to send someone out within a day of my call. They figured out what the problem was and repaired it the same day. I am pleased with their services and would use them again.

Steve B from O'Donnell was our serviceman. He figured out the problem and went to work immediately. he had everything needed, includin replacement valves, on the truck. The job involved a minor faucet leak, but it required going into a crawl space to get access. Steve was professional and efficient. He showed up within the scheduled time window and was finished within an hour.

We needed a new heating and ac unit. They had a good selection and very affordable. They did a quality job, very through, responsable crew. They explained with details the job and finish on time. I strongly recommend them and also you are supporting a local business if you are from Glenside/Jenkintown/ Abington area.

So this morning we found out the hard way (mid shower) that our heat wasn't working nor our hot water. We have a toddler son and his room gets cold easily at night so we really did not have much time to wait. The previous home owners had the unit installed by these guys so I figured I would give them a call as their info was on the unit. I called them at 10:30 this morning and the guys were here by noon! They were super chill and got our system back up and running in an hour. They also gave us an estimate for future work since our one valve will likely need replaced in the near future. Can't beat quick and efficient service, especially with a toddler on bath day lol
