We have been using Betz in my family for several years for both commercial and residential work. I always recommend them to others as well.

They are a local small business and they do not try to upsell you on things like the other big companies. I've had another company (Horizon) look at my old system only to be told that it was on its last leg. I later found out that this "technician" was actually a salesmen and did his best not to leave my house until he made a sale for a new system. Not happy with their service, I reached out to Betz who gave me a quote for a new system almost half the cost of the quote from Horizon. Since then, I've had a new HVAC system and two heat pumps installed in my house.

Recently, I noticed there was some leaking from one of the units (on a Sunday). I texted Steve on his private number and he penciled me in for the following day. Really great service and customer care. I would highly recommend!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Betz Heating, Cooling, and Water Treatment for a few years now, and they have consistently provided top-notch service for my home. Last winter, they installed a whole-home generator, and I was incredibly impressed by their professionalism. Pete replaced an older salt water treatment system as well as adding in a new RO filtration system. Our water has never tasted as good, including clearer ice cubes in the freezer. Also had an outdoor spigot replaced. I can highly recommend Pete and his team, professional, very knowledgeable and capable with a complex, challenging setup and willing to take the time to answer questions and clearly explain the why.

We recently had a Reverse Osmosis water system put into our home. Pete did a great job. He was flexible with scheduling and prompt on arrival. He explained everything he would do before hand to make sure we were comfortable with the placement of everything. The unit looks wonderful and the water tastes great!!

Gabriella at the office got us an appt within 24 hours. Steve came out and had our system running in 30 minutes. We almost replaced our entire system due to an issue that required a minor repair. When we do need our new system, Betz will be the first call. Honest, reliable and great to work with from the first call!
