Just had my 16-year-old Lennox G23Q furnace serviced by Hunter from Knoechel Heating Company and I couldn't be happier! Knoechel installed our furnace in 2000 and have only had to be called for service a few times since then. Hunter was very thorough in checking and cleaning all components and explaining all along the way what he was doing and why. He is very neat, clean, well mannered, personable and competent. I've been happy with this company and the Technicians who have been sent to our home from the very beginning, and nothing, thank goodness, has changed. I recommend Knoechel Heating Company so highly that I will state here and now that when we need a new system I will be calling them!

Jason came out and identified the new HVAC system that we needed after listening to us and inspecting the current system. He explained the exact work that would be performed and identified everything that would be installed. The price quoted for the work was an honest, accurate quote and not inflated. Installers arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, were courteous, and thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. This is one of the best experiences I ever had with any type of home contractor.

Can't say enough about the quality of work and customer service provided by Knoechel Heating Co. Had complete heating and A/C replacement. The entire process from estimate to install was extremely professional. Bottom line is they did what they said, when they said they would do it and exceeded expectations. More than fair pricing. Highly recommend.

My oil furnace had been looked at by 2 other heating companies. This furnace is newer and has been down for almost 3 months. It had been deemed unrepairable and needed replaced by another heating company.. Knoechel was recommend as the best around with oil furnaces. I personally agree they are the BEST! Jeremey and his team were courteous and VERY reliable. They were able to have this furnace diagnosed and fixed within 2 hours. Look no further then Knoechel for your heating needs.

I had heating issues last evening when the wind chill was -20, called Knoechel, left message with the service, Jason promptly called me back to discuss the issue, told me when to expect them to get here. When Jason & Paul arrived, they were very professional, quickly diagnosed the issue & promptly fixed it. I would definitely recommend Knoechel!

I have called Knoechel at least 4 times since we purchased the house because they installed our systems and their name was on the furnace. Each time they were prompt to respond, the technicians were professional and friendly and the repairs were made quickly. They have been awesome to work with and the pricing fair as well.

On Friday when I walked in the door from work, I immediately noticed how hot it was in the house. The thermostat said 81 degrees. The unit downstairs was running, but the fan in the outside unit was not. We had several power surges that day, and after that the fan stopped working. I called the emergency # and the answering service took my info. Hunter, the technician was quick to call me. I explained the issue and he said it sounded like a capacitor. He was very upfront about it being considered an emergency after hours call, and gave me a rough estimate if it was in fact the problem he thought it was. He said he’d be there in an hour. Within an hour he arrived, quickly discovered he was indeed correct about the capacitor, and had it fixed in no time. Hunter was very nice, professional, and quick and efficient. I actually think I saved $, cause I was headed to a hotel if it couldn’t be fixed!! Totally recommend Knoechel Heating. Jason, the owner installed our system for us years ago. We wouldn’t call anyone else. And Hunter was awesome. Thank you!!

Absolutely fantastic experience and very fairly priced! There's no way I would ever call anyone outside of these guys. The technician Hunter showed up on time and quickly found the issue. He showed me detailed steps of how he was fixing the issue and even set it up so that I could fix it in the future. To top it off he fixed my humidity setup and showed me again how to fix everything on it.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Knoechel. They have to be the most honest techs I've dealt with.

Decided to go with Knoechel after getting a glowing review from a friend who is a longtime customer. Hunter did a service on my heater today. He was on time, kind, professional, and explained everything that he did. Despite my furnace being older and (admittedly) not oft-serviced, he didn't push anything and didn't suggest replacing anything other than a cheap capacitor for which he showed me with his multimeter was degraded.

I have been a customer of Knoechel Heating & Cooling for several years. Definitely a company of honesty, courtesy, fast response and outstanding service. Not once have they tried to up-sell me.

We bought our house three years ago, and the tech, Hunter, not only remembers issues between visits, he knew our equipment from the previous owners and could answer our questions about the history of the system. He’s also patiently walked us through the things we can do for ourselves between maintenance visits. We also had a great conversation about our dogs and where we buy locally raised meat while he worked, but that may happen because I’m pretty chatty! He’s professional, on time, and personable, and I know that our heating and cooling system is in good hands. Knoechel does a good job and Hunter is a treasure.

Elmer was our technician. He was super nice and knowledgeable. He signed us up for an annual general inspection plan .... air conditioning unit in the spring then furnace in the fall. Saved $80 by signing the contract. Also will receive 10% on any required parts. Knoechel will automatically call us in the fall to schedule the next appointment. Knoechel was highly recommended to me and I would recommend them as well.

We’ve had sone bad experiences with customer service on a few home improvement projects lately. Working with Knoechel was a breath of fresh air. They got to us quickly, respected our time, and were very professional. We w would highly recommend this company.

Outstanding service!! After a different company misdiagnosed the problem, I called Knoechel Heating Co. They sent a man (Elmer) out within two hours. He figured out the issue in about fifteen minutes and had the equipment up and running within an hour. While fixing it, they explained what they were doing and why.

I couldn't be happier with the service they provided and wish I had called them in the first place. Highly recommended. They are my heating and cooling company from now on.

Knoechel Heating and Co. Not only had the best price around, but Jason was awesome. He talked me through all of the options and let me pitch dumb ideas until we came up with the correct lay out that would work for me. The work was completed in 2 days, and when I had a small issue with one of the units, they were there the next day to correct it. Couldn't recommend more.

Knoechel is fantastic! We have now used them twice in the last three months for separate issues and received prompt, accurate and responsible service. Honest, fair price, for warranty repair. Went above and beyond to pull panels and rinse out our outdoor AC unit after completing the primary repair. Since Lennox system installation in late 2016, each service or warranty call has been handled swiftly and without incident. Great employees each and every time.

Whatever your heating/air conditioning needs are Knoechel Heating is the BEST! I just had a whole new heating system put into my home. THEY WERE AMAZING! They worked liked a well oiled machine! They were very respectful to me and to each other! I was originally told the job would take at least three days. They completed it in a day and a half! I have a semiannual maintenance check done by Knoechel Heating. One for the furnace and one for the air conditioning. I have never been disappointed with their professionalism. They courtesy call before the appointed time and always arrive on time. They wear shoe coverings to protect my floors. And the technicians know what they’re doing. Options are provided if a problem exists. I highly recommend Knoechel to friends or anyone in need of first rate service.
