Knoechel installed my furnace and air today, force of nature team (Matt, Ben,Chris,Logan) Organized , clean, thought out plan of attack, knowledgeable. Professional. I feel confident in the choice I made to go with them.

The staff at Knoechel were great. They arrived on time as promised, removed our older furnace and air conditioner and replaced them both quickly. The installed equipment looks great, they kept my home clean where they worked and stayed to train me on everything that was installed. I found this company as they sponsor numerous sports teams in the area and came highly recommended. Thank you Knoechel Heating!

Knoechel did a nice job of installing our furnace but the condensate pump has been leaking. We had them out for the 3rd time and didn’t want to repay for a recurring issue that they didn’t fix. We were essentially blackmailed into paying the bill because we were told that we were getting a break and would have to pay a full service fee if we didn’t pay immediately. We could have gotten 2 new condensate pumps for what they charged to replace
a valve on the original one. We will not be calling them again for service or for a new system.

Knoechel has serviced my AC/Furnace for about ten years now and I've never had a complaint. They are on time, polite, professional, clean up after working and do not add unnecessary work to make the most they can. There have been multiple times I expected the worst and they found a solution that saved me money. They spend the time to show you how the equipment works and when I needed a new system they worked with me to find a solution that fit my budget and got me the most for my money while beating the competition for price and quality. An overall excellent company with a great team.

The technician, Ross, arrived at time expected. He went about checking our furnace and it's performance. Wrote a thorough summary of his findings. I've used Knoechel for quite a number of years and have always expected and received excellent service. Keep up the good work, Jason.

Had a split system installed by Knoechel. Jason came to house and recommended Mitsubishi. He was very knowledgeable and professional and spent the time to answer all my questions. Mike and Chris installed this system. They are both very friendly, professional and experienced. I am very satisfied and recommend Knoechel.

Great experience all around. Everyone involved was terrific to work with. The initial consultation was thorough and informative and there were absolutely no high-pressure sales tactics. We were quoted a price for a new heater/ac unit that was thousands less than what we received from one of the big companies in the area TWO YEARS AGO. The installation guys were also friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They did a great job and also pointed out some minor issues with our ductwork that we might want to fix in the coming years - again, no pressure at all. 10/10 would recommend and use again.

Chris, Matt & Ross were very knowledgeable and professional. On time , very detailed and neat. Cleaned up perfectly and we had an excellent tutorial or our new HVAC system. I was denied maintenance on my heating unit ! All I wanted done was a check up and spray nozzle changed , maybe 45 mins. The employee said my " my boss doesn't allow us to do work on these types of homes " . I said ok .

Knoechel Heating replaced our furnaces in our commercial building. We appreciated their willingness to come up with creative solutions, as we had three furnaces that needed to be replaced at one time, and they were able to rework the system so that all three could be removed and two new systems were installed. Our office spaces are warm and our tenant is happy! Everyone who came here, from Paul in the initial conversations to Jason the owner, and everyone on the installation team were all polite and friendly. We were initially dreading this as we did not plan on this expense, but Knoechel made the entire process easy. It was clear that they knew what they were talking about, and they took the time to educate us as we discussed options.

Needed emergency service, got in touch with the repairman, and was promptly told they don't serve mobile homes! Nowhere on their website do they make mention of this! What good is supporting a local business that refuses to do business with you

We’ve used Knoechel twice now - once to replace AC and furnace and more recently to add AC to a home. Prices and options are competitive. They have a phenomenal team from sales to installation to maintenance. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. This should be everyone’s go-to company for HVAC needs. I can’t imagine ever using anyone else.

Called to schedule a service for a furnace installed by them. The receptionist was awful. Started raising her voice at me and couldn’t give me a date to schedule. Said we are busy and couldn’t schedule for weeks out! I have small children and need heat. They didn’t have a problem selling me a 20k unit!!! Now that I need service they can’t be bothered. I would not recommend these people!!! Terrible customer service

The Technician's did a great job from start to finish. They were very thorough and explained everything and how to operate my new mini split system. I'm very satisfied with this experience.
