We had Mike install a new air conditioner for us and we were very pleased with his quality of work. He returned all our phone calls and answered all of our questions. He is very professional with reasonable pricing for his services. We highly recommend him!

Called Mike late on a Friday night. He was at the house within the hour and had our heat up and running within two hours of first contact. Can’t thank him enough for his speed and thoroughness.

Noticed our AC unit wasn’t working properly around 5AM, called The Heating and Air Experts and Mike was out to our house and had it fixed all before 11AM on a Saturday! 10/10 highly recommend to anyone!!

We realized early Saturday morning our furnace stopped working. I called and Mike answered immediately. He was at our house within a few hours and instantly knew what the problem was. By Sunday afternoon he had our furnace up and running! Of course our furnace would break the first weekend we experienced cold temperatures. Mike was professional, knowledgeable and so easy to work with! We can’t thank him enough! Would highly recommend to everyone and plan on using him again for any issues in the future.

I want to say thank you for a great job, excellent service and a affordable price! We searched high and low for someone to come as fast as possible. We must have made a hundred calls and no one responded. We understand everyone was busy and needed help. We left the same outcry on everyone we called LOL. Then... there was Mike, immediate return call and was generally interested from the start regarding what the problem was. After further discussion, he immediately made himself available for service. He told me he would be out the next day and he kept right with his word. The Service was fast, friendly and more than affordable. Mike came super quick on a busy day and worked quickly and efficiently. He assessed the issue quickly and provided several options. Mike has worked on the furnaces and AC in my house for the past few years now and he has never let me down. Yesterday, my air conditioner broke down around 4, and I texted him to arrange an appointment. Even though he was already on a job he was able to get back to me promptly and scheduled for today. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and had it fixed in just 15-20 minutes, and I have cold air again. Even though my AC unit is 25 years old, he didn't try to upsell me on a new one when I didn't need it. Great experience and very thankful to have him available.

This is the second time that I’ve used this company. They are very professional. We have a home warranty that is supposed to take care of our system. Unfortunately, the contractors dispatched by the home warranty have consistently done poor work, at one point leaving us without heat for several weeks. On both occasions, Mike has rescued us with expert same day service and restored the heat in our home. Mike has been a godsend. I cannot adequately express my gratitude. UPDATE: Fast forward 2 years later and we had an emergency call out to Mike because our furnace stopped working. He fit us in on Columbus Day at the very last minute and got us up and running with heat by the end of the day. He is always so kind and helpful. He’s up front, honest, and incredibly reasonable and transparent with his pricing.

I wanted to highlight the positive service that I received on an extremely cold day. I went home from work and did not have heat. I called Mike and he was able to come right out to service my furnace. Within an hour, he determined the problem, went out to get the part, returned to my house, and repaired the issue. Very pleased with the service and attention I received from this company. I had previously had a well known company come to my home for a seasonal check up. Only here for 10 minutes and informed me I needed a new furnace to the tune of $7000.00. Wanting a second opinion I contacted this company and he came the next day. After examining the machine he indicated a couple repairs would be necessary and returned 2 days later. Saved me $6000.00. Mike is my new go to guy when it comes to my heating system.

Mike has been an absolute lifesaver for us on more than one occasion. The first time, back in May of 2021, my wife and I had just returned from the hospital with our newborn, and our air conditioner unexpectedly gave out during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. As you can imagine, we were scrambling to locate anyone who could help us immediately, and Mike came through for us in a big way. He understood how much we needed help and had us up and running within a day.
