Our furnace quit working one night during a cold snap, and while we were waiting to hear back from another company, we called Tennett on a recommendation from our plumber. It was an amazing experience. Matt listened carefully and essentially diagnosed the problem correctly over the phone. He was very responsive. He came over later that same afternoon, fixed the broken part in a jiffy, and then also checked in later to make sure that the heat was continuing to work. Amazing work ethic, efficiency, and friendliness. I am so thankful for what they did. These guys are true professionals, and run an honest family business.

These guys are the best! Installed a new Bryant 3 ton condenser and tied it in to existing furnace and duct work. The process from start to finish was outstanding. Communication was clear, the work immaculate, and they deftly resolved all the oddities of a hundred-year-old home. The knowledge and 40+ years of experience were only made the better by their pleasant and good natures.

I called Tennent HVAC based on Google reviews and a recommendation on a local Facebook page. I am so glad I did because the reviews were 100% accurate. The owner and his son came to my home, diagnosed the issue with my furnace and fixed the problem for a very fair and reasonable price. I am glad I have found a service I can trust because for me it isn't about the expense if something needs maintenance or repair, it is more about having peace of mind that you are being treated fairly. This was a great experience, I highly recommend.

This is a family run business that we discovered truly earned all of their previous 5 star ratings. They are personable, dedicated to quality work, willing and able to explain the system (they installed central air for us, which included the installation of all the duct work), and their pricing is very reasonable. It's obvious they care about what they are doing and they enjoy their work. We've already recommended them to friends and family and wish all businesses operated the way they do.

Fantastic company, father and son Matt and Dennis are phenomenal in regards to professionalism and timeliness. Transparency is important when working with any company, and they are always clear about what needs to be done and will educate you on how things work to make the best decision.

This family run business is the best! They are straightforward and honest with their diagnosis and work. They explain everything as they work through the issue and always give great advice to avoid future problems. I called upon these guys for a couple emergency issues over the years, while trying to save for a new system, and they were always able to get out to me quick! When it came time to replace the HVAC system and hot water heater they were the first place I called! Everything was done professionally and in less than half a day. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Tennett HVAC to family and friends!

Twenty four hours ago (Tuesday night) our A/C died at the start of this heatwave. Of course it did! Originally my husband said he would call in the morning, but then decided to just call and leave a message in the hopes of getting in their queue for a service call. We contacted Tennett HVAC who put the original system in TWENTY years ago! Not only did Dennis come over to look at it that night, but Matt gave me a quote in less than an hour! Around noon today I got a text asking if I wanted my A/C installed NOW!! This family owned business is the best. Dennis and his sons, Matt and Jay, are competent, hard working, neat and honest as the day is long. We didn’t even consider getting other quotes!
They put in our furnace and a couple of hot water heaters. We would never use anyone else!
