I was recommended to this company even though they were out of my area. I had a unusual burning odor in my house, and I was worried that it could be something electrical. I made an appointment, but then I had to bump it up 2 times since my concern grew greater. Anita, the scheduler, was so patient with me and really tried to get me the right person., She was probably the most professional person I"ve spoken to at a business. She sent Josh to my house. He was professional in every respect. We all worry about the quality of people entering our home. No worries here! Josh thought it could be happening from a CFL lightbulb that can emit burning odors...we removed it. He checked out everything and didn't think that it was anything harmful. The strong odor seems to be missing. I"m hoping for the best.

August 9, 10, and 11 2021 Three of the Hottest day of the year so far. Lance and Andy were here at my mother and my home installing a Mini Split A/C system in the house in all the Heat and Humidity. They were two of the most professional Service and Installation tech's it has been my pleasure to meet. When the installation was done the only way to tell that they were ever here is the new system, They cleaned-up better than my mom and I clean the house. A Fantastic Job done by Lance and Andy. Also a shout out to Galen for the estimate and picking out the best equipment to install. My mom and I love the new A/C system it is very comfortable and SO SO Quiet.

Bergey's has a great reputation and a place multiple people referred me to. They carry quality products and have a knowledgeable staff to help guide you. A place I will continue to do business with when I need the products or services they offer.

I'm giving a neutral rating because I havent used the services yet. But my first impressions are from going on their website. It's bad the categories make no sense. I'm trying to look at products but it's showing irrelevant material not the items I am looking to purchase really not user friendly. Then when I found a very small link behind multiple pages to the actual website for products it's a third party website not even Bergey's actual website. Their appliance website which also takes multiple transitions to get to basically has nothing helpful where every product just has "call for price" that's bad transparency as it requires me to bother the sales people to simply ask basic questions that could be on the website.

Rework your website. One of the links also don't work looks like the hosting website wasn't paid for so it redirects it to an empty blank page saying "Sorry the module containing VIToggleable has not been purchased.". I expected more from such a large established company to have a better website than this one that looks like a blog.

I plan on utilizing Bergey's as the post lamps they offer look like it would add curb appeal. The testimonials section on the website are good, home page is visually good, navigation bar needs a lot of work to flow better, footers are good also.

Wish I could say I used them. Probably good. But was asked if I would be a new customer. Replied yes and was told they were too busy for me. Seriously only needed like 30 minutes of work done. But was never asked what I needed. Just said they were booked weeks out and they didn’t want new customers at this time.

We have been working with Bergey's Electric for many years. Their team is always professional and courteous. They do an excellent job every time!
Personally. I have contracted their services at my home, and every detail in the project is cared for from beginning to completion. Wiring, appliance installation, air conditioning units, lighting, sound advice and outstanding work ethic--they are top notch.
I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience with Bergey Electric's Appliances. Dean helped me with a purchase of a DW, Range, MW and Fridge. The service was great and I was surprised at how low their prices are. I will definitely buy from them again.

My 83 year-old mother's refrigerator died during the night, and we called Bergey's and went down to the store, and they gave us a good-valued refrigerator and delivered it that morning! Great customer service! Hard to find that these days! Dean was awesome!

I was looking into buying a Speed Queen TR7 washer online and then discovered that Bergey's was an authorized dealer, so I stopped in to check it out. The staff was very friendly, I explained that I had the day off from work and that if possible, could they deliver it that day. It was delivered a few hours later and the guys delivering/installing it were very professional and made sure it was leveled and running properly before they left. Will only buy my appliances from Bergey's from now on, couldn't be happier with them and the washer.

We've purchased appliances from Bergey's for years and continue to do business with them. They don't have the biggest selection of appliances, but I appreciate that what they do carry is quality product. They've also stood behind their products over time - we had a lemon dish washer that they helped us replace. Recommended.

Bergey’s now has appliances! Our microwave died Thursday night. I called Bryan at their new showroom in Hatfield this morning and he said to come on over. They had just what I needed IN STOCK and I brought it home this afternoon. I installed my self but they also offer installation. Great company and better people. Thanks Bergey’s!

I have always been familiar with Bergey's as a reputable business in the community but used them for the first time as a homeowner recently. The customer service from Anita was excellent and the technician's work was great (on time, professional, quality work, kept a clean jobsite).

We have used Bergey's Electric for almost two decades. Always reliable and knowledgeable. Service staff have been great getting us through problems and the store staff has guided us in several selections. Yes, they don't have a hundred choices like a big chain store but the quality and the fact they service what they sell has kept us as loyal customers throughout the years. Avoid Saturday if you can't wait. Might have too few staff and lack of customer awareness as to who has been there first. Had a few butt ahead . Still give them 5 star overall

We recently had a series of positive experiences with Bergey's Electric/Appliances. First, our oven died about a week before Christmas. Josh came out to take a look and he let us know what the problem was and provided us some options. After we decided to replace a part instead of replacing the whole range, Bergey's was able to get the part in and Josh came to install it right before the Christmas holiday! It was perfect timing to have our oven back in business to make Christmas cookies and Christmas dinner. Then just a week later we noticed our fridge/freezer wasn't holding temperature and Josh came out again and quickly determined it was time to replace the fridge. We worked with Dean in the showroom to get an awesome fridge that was available in their warehouse and they were able to deliver the fridge we purchased later the same day. We will continue returning to Bergey's for our appliance and electric needs. Thank you for your great service!

My in laws just got a new electric stove delivered. Bergey's was friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. They made every step of the process easy from the salesman not being pushy but relaxed and found every bit of information we asked for, to the installation. A great company to deal with.

Amazing experience at Bergeys Appliance. Dean was extremely helpful, honest and took extra time and energy to make sure we were making the right choice in a washer that we would be happy with. Unbelievable same day delivery 2 hours after we left the appliance showroom! Can rest easy knowing that if we need service on the appliance that Bergeys professionals will be the ones doing the work. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Bergey's Electric completed several misc repairs and wiring changes for me, and their tech (Steve) did a great job with the work itself. However, I was surprised by 5 additional hours added once I received my invoice. I did question my invoice and eventually (couple follow ups and 2 weeks passed) received a call from one of the owners (Robert) who explained that these added hours are due to overhead cost such as gathering parts & supplies, etc. The end result is an inflated invoice that I'm required to pay, but I would not recommend Bergey's due to the hidden charges.

Recently hired Bergey’s electric to put recessed lighting in our home. From first phone call to the electricians taking the time to say goodbye to our dog, I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience. Anita was very clear, detailed and responsive in discussing our needs and offering advice. Project scheduling was done in a very timely manner. Colton and Nate showed up on time, they were professional, friendly and took the time to offer expertise and options for all my incessant questions. Several extra outlets were added not to mention two added rooms of recessed lights because the first room was so transformational. Even with my added projects they managed to work like beasts and get it all done. They cleaned up after themselves leaving things cleaner than what they found! I would not hesitate to recommend Bergey’s Lighting to anyone. My only regret, I should have called them 20 years ago! Truly transformed our home. Thank you Bergey’s for a job well done. For going above and beyond amidst a culture that too often cuts corners and has excuses. Your dedication to quality and professionalism is greatly appreciated.

They were very happy to help me order a light fixture, but did not let me know it was going to be a final sale. I prefer to give my business to local companies, but I have to say that there is a reason that buying online is better in a lot of cases because when I realized the chandelier was going to be far too small for my room I could have returned it and gotten my $600 back if I bought it online. Since I bought it at bergeys Im left with a chandelier I can’t use and no money back.

We are repeat customers. First time around we bought appliances for a new house. They were installed promptly and with care.

Our second experience was installing lights and ceiling fans. Bergeys treated us like family from the moment we went in to look at catalogs. Installation was done with such exceptional care that we will be customers for life.
