The service technician, Alain, was friendly and efficient. He identified and resolved the problem with my freezer quickly. I would hire Mr Appliance again.

Spot-on diagnosis of problem with Sub-Zero refrigerator. Parts were ordered, received two business days later, and competently installed the next business day. Very pleased start-to-finish.

Making my initial appointment was easy. I was provided with details about the upcoming appointment, including a picture and name of the technician. Technician was on time for appointment. He was very personable and professional. Diagnosed problem and ordered replacement part. Follow up appointment was made and completed in a timely fashion. I will call them again if I ever need an appliance fixed.

We have an unusual brand of refrigerator. Mr. Appliance was one of two companies to service it. They were extremely good at getting a tech to our home the same day. Great at keeping us apprised of the arrival time (He was running late due to the previous job.)
Daniel couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. He clearly knows his stuff. He was clear explaining his assessment and with options we have.

The technician that showed up to do the work was named Mo, and was very personable and knowledgeable of our GE Refrigerator icemaker repair job. He was clean and efficient in his work. We really appreciate how promptly we got things done.

Easy to book a suitable appointment. Engineer was prompt, explained everything and did a great job. Quite expensive but saved us having to replace the oven.

I had a tech come out and service my washer. They sold me on parts around $500 to fix and said it would absolutely work. They came and installed new parts and said they fixed. My husband paid the remaining bill. I did a load of laundry, and learned it was not fixed.

I called and they said they would send the same tech out. I refused and asked for a Manager. They sent their senior tech out. I left to run an errand and asked they call me before they left. I saw them on my ring camera leaving 5 minutes after I left, no call.

I called the company, no one responded to me for 24 hours. They told me I had a problem with my water and to call a plumber. At this point, I asked to speak to a manager and requested a refund, since I was charged $500 for parts that did not fix my issue even though they were confident it would. To be clear, I was ready to buy a new washer when the tech came and he said no worries, it was an easy fix.

I did for certainty call a plumber. They said it was a washer problem.

No response back from any management team, they are "working on it".

Shout-out to the person who repaired my dishwasher this week, Daniel H. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, not to mention efficient. I have nothing but good things to say about Daniel!

I have a washer from 2023. I paid them to diagnose the machine. They said they needed to replace 2 parts and that it would be 100% fixed with these replacements and that was the issue. He came and serviced and told my husband it was working perfectly. I went to test it out after work and the washer is still broken with the same issue.

They came back to fix it and left 5 minutes after I did and said I needed to calla plumber. No one will call me back from management.

TOTAL SCAM - DO NOT HIRE THEM!

As always the service was excellent. The issue was explained to me in terms that I could easily understand and the repair was completely quickly. Couldn't ask for more.

Ice maker repair. Roger Naylor came to my home on 3 occasions to diagnose and repair. He was timely, personable and knowledgeable! Fees were very reasonable. Complete satisfaction with service and Roger! Would highly recommend

My wine refrigerator has always been finicky since I bought it. Today’s the first time I’ve had it serviced as opposed to just tinkering with it myself. It was quick and efficient. And now works great.

Although we were unable to justify fixing the gas oven, he gave us confidence in our decision to find a replacement. I can speak from experience when I say that Daniel is a great diagnostician. $150 diagnostic well spent.

Daniel came and repaired our Bosch dishwasher, which had an unusual problem with a broken door spring. He was very friendly, professional, respectful and knowledgeable. His 15 years of experience helped because he had never experienced the specific problem we had with the door spring.
