I had a consultation with Celia’s Cleaning & Organizing and was quoted $550 in person after she did a full walk-through of my home. Everything was clear. Then later on, she texted me a new price of $700, claiming she “didn’t get to see the fridge or oven.” Both were in plain sight, and the fridge was basically empty. If she needed to see anything else, she could have easily asked while she was still there.
The price jump felt intentional and unprofessional. It honestly gave the vibe that she looked at me, assumed I had money, and thought she could raise the price and I’d just accept it. I’m not stupid, and I don’t appreciate games like that.
If you want honest, transparent pricing, be careful. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this company.
