We have been relying on Hruska Plumbing and Heating for many years. They have been our go to team for plumbing and heating repairs. The plumbing team has helped us with replacing plumbing in our bathroom and outdoor faucets in our basement. They worked hard to find broken pipes in our bathroom wall and did an amazing repair job.
Additionally the HVAC team arrived immediately in January to replace our furnace so we had heat the next day. The crews have been responsive, polite, efficient and reliable. We highly recommend this company.

These guys were all stars. Dead furnace and a baby on the way was a bad combo. They made it happen the very next day. Phenomenally grateful.

Hires under emergency situation in November to fix furnace. They made a huge mess and left us to clean it. Not to mention they never finished the job. Tried calling and they never answer or return call. Never again!

I had a friend in dire need of A/C repair. It was mandatory it be fixed for her husband who has a serious medical condition. But she was not in a position financially have it repaired. I have a mutual friend who gave me the personal number of one of the Hruska's and I reached out to him to see if he could 'help' with the A/C fix. I cannot say enough for this company and this gentleman. He bent over backwards to get her scheduled and her A/C back in shape in time for her husband to come home from the hospital. He also agreed to send me the bill so she would not have to worry about how to pay for it - we had it all taken care of. There are kind and compassionate people in this world and I wanted HRUSKA's to get that recognition. THANK YOU !!

I've been in the heating and air business for twenty years I was unable to replace my mom's AC unit and indoor coil due my schedule so she called these slap jaw yokels and let's just say it was just that slapped together. They did a flush on the linesets for the new R410A refrigerant which is fine but the outdoor suction line insulation needed replaced they didn't do that so there's three feet of exposed suction line. The plenum they took the front panel off the duct work and slammed the new coil in and taped it poorly with foil tape. Let's just say my fourteen year old could do a better job with duct tape and duct tape looks horrible on duct work. Needless to say I would just spend more money on a more reputable company. Oh and the access panel screws on the outdoor unit have worked themselves loose. They won't even get back to my mom or answer my phone calls. Just don't...

Great company. Had a sewer main break and they came out immediately, got me an accurate estimate and got things done super fast. They also installed our central AC. Highly recommended!

Not reliable! They knew something was wrong with our unit and never came back. They were to be working on replacing our air conditioner last year because it was still under warranty, then they stopped returning our calls, and our warranty is up. Have to spend $3000 for a new unit! Do not use this company!!

I bought a house late in 2018 where one of the conditions of the sale was that the A/C would be repaired or replaced.

Unfortunately, the unit did not work when I moved in. I tried to get my home warranty company to repair it with no luck.

I ended up contacting the selling agent who said Hruska Mechanical did the work for the seller, and that there was a warranty through Hruska.
I received a digital copy of the invoice from the seller and contacted Hruska with only the invoice number. I spoke with Brad, who said that if I would be on site, someone could be out that same day, on a Friday.

Tim showed up early and got to work right away. He was very friendly, efficient, and professional and had the unit fixed and functional in a little over an hour. Turn around time from my phone call was about 2 hrs and 45 minutes.

I will be using Hruska for all future work on my home.

Wiring left exposed from the air conditioning unit. Too long before they came, in October, to install. My furnace filled with water because a valve wasn't covered. Flooded my cellar. Take forever to return phone calls , messages. You get what u pay for and the price was the lowest

Great service in a timely manner. The guys redid all the plumbing to my tub and replaced the whole faucet. Very friendly. They were in and out in a couple hours. They put drop cloths down everywhere and when they they were done the tub looked and worked great. Highly recommended

If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. In early October of 2022 I decided to replace the 15 year old hot water tank in my home. It wasn’t an emergency so I got several estimates from local plumbers. Hruska’s price was great so I contacted them on 10/6/2022 and we discussed a timeline and was told a project like mine was typically a one day installation, which was perfect…EXCEPT THAT ONE DAY NEVER HAPPENED! I had read several reviews from other customers (or potential customers) experiencing a lack of communication with this company, but decided to move forward anyway. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE! I quickly realized what others said was accurate. My phone calls to the office were rarely returned. The only way to “talk” to Brad (who I believe to be an owner of the company) was via FB messenger and even that wasn’t a sure thing. When we did connect it was one excuse after another…an emergency at a school, workers of the company sick with COVID, a heating emergency for an elderly woman, family illnesses…all of which I sympathetic about and understood. BUT, every time I contacted Brad for an update on my install, I never received a return call (though I had been told SEVERAL times that would happen). After the COVID illnesses at the company, Brad even expressed how backed up they were with work and that they were losing money, which is why I couldn’t comprehend such a total lack of communication about a $1400+ job. FINALLY on 12/9/22 my patience gave out and I sent Brad another message via Facebook (again, this was the most reliable way to contact him) and informed him I was done with his lack of professionalism and would be finding another contractor, WHICH I IMMEDIATELY DID! The new contractor has been very communicative with me and my project is scheduled for 1/5/2023!

Had several plumbing issues that needed immediate attention. They did repair one non-emergency, but not the real emergency needs. Had started one, but did not finish it. Promised to come back, did not. Called to remind them, ask what was going on. Office worker took the message with a promise of a call back from the owner, but no one ever returned the call or came back. Thanks to them, had a massive flood in the basement right after Christmas and now can't use either of the 2 bathrooms. Thx! Would write more details but have to finish cleaning up from the flood. Thankfully, found anther plumber who is here trying to get the bathroom back in working order.
