Worst experience ever had. They always argue with us whenever they forgot cleaning anything. Last time they only cleaned half of our house and customer service is horrible. They always argue with us instead of apologizing for not being able to clean. It was not like that a year ago. The service went downhill.

We were really impressed with the level of service we got from Claudia and her team. We are new to the home cleaning services and they were very kind to our unpreparedness, which was nice. We were very comfortable with them in our home as well which made the experience altogether more pleasant.

They were very responsive after we contacted them for a deep clean last minute when expecting our second child. They had someone come out for a quote the next day and got us on the schedule for that week.

On the day they were scheduled to clean, I happened to be in the hospital in labor, so naturally no one was there to answer the door. They contacted both my husband and I via phone, text, and email, and upon hearing no response, still waited for 25 minutes. We finally answered and were able to have someone unlock our door for them. Long story short, we came home with a new baby to a beautifully clean home. It was such a treat and took a huge weight off of my husband’s and my shoulders.

Someone recommended them for my newly bought home. They charged almost $400 for 1st service. Cleaning service was done really bad. All windows left unattended. stair racks were left same filthy. It was the first time, so i thought that maybe new house was too much for them. but mentioned them and also sent them picture. On next visit, they again did terrible job and left same spots as mentioned before. Looks like, I paid them only for carpet vacuum. I again contacted them with pictures of dirt and trash. They apologized and promised to send them back on Monday. I already told them, on Sunday I have party at home. So I have already cleaned my house, but prefer to have next cleaning service Free. They simply replied, "OK".

And now when I asked them to schedule the cleaning. They informing me that, it will not be Free, as per their policy, they were supposed to re-do the cleaning within 48 hrs. And they couldn't do it within 48 hrs. so now they will charge me Full charges.

Looks like i paid them $600 for vacuum only. Very unprofessional and just disappointment!
