We bought a house that had been sitting vacant for almost a year that also had an apartment that had a hoarder living there. After we got the hoarder and her junk out we called SPC to give us an estimate to clean everything. Scott was able to come out the next day to take a look at the property. He was fantastic, listened to all of our concerns and brought up HVAC cleaning which I didn’t even think of but it made so much sense. The crew was able to come out a couple days later and they got right to work. Everything felt so fresh and sparkling clean when they were done and even better the old musty house smell was gone! SPC recently soft-washed my 2-story house (along with 3 other neighbors) and washed all of my windows (interior, exterior, sills, sashes and screens) and did a wonderful job. They were quick to respond, polite, respectful of my property and overall did a really nice job.

Scott and his assistant did a wonderful job getting stains out of my carpet. I like that his dad came out to actually see the condition of my carpet before giving me a price. Other places go by your square footage. I paid extra to have him remove a pet stain, but it was worth it. The process to schedule, get a quote and confirm the appointment was very efficient. The came on time and worked quickly.

SPC not only does a great job, it is a company you can trust. I highly recommend them for all your exterior cleaning needs, as well as paver patio maintenance like sanding (installation of poly sand between pavers) & sealing of pavers.

My house looks amazing! The back door looks like it just came from Lowes; I did't think they would be able undo the dog's handy work LOL! They power washed the house and porch, cleaned all of the window inside and out, and cleaned the gutters. Scott and his team were fantastic and the prices were very, very reasonable.
