Have used them for a few months now… extremely responsive. The cleaning team is always on time and does an excellent job.

I received a quote and scheduled an appointment. No one ever showed up or contacted me. I called and left 3 voicemails. No one returned my calls.

It was an empty house. Asked to clean baseboards, kitchen and baths. Nothing was done! They spent their day hanging out at my new home! Awful! Didn't touch a baseboard,, sink and cabinets never touched! Awful! Don't call them unless you have money to throw away. Shame on this company, the owner and your employees. Terrible

This is a "proceed with caution" review.

We scheduled a move-out deep cleaning for a house we were selling in Fayette County that we inherited from a family member. We live an hour away from the property in Allegheny County. We scheduled a cleaning appointment for June 13th, confirmed it the Friday before the appointment with the office, and then went to the property at 9am on June 13th. No one showed, and no one could locate the owner or the company or find out where the scheduled workers were. So, we wasted half a day driving back and forth to the property.

Eventually, the office staff was able to contact the owner, and we rescheduled. However, we were not able to be present for the cleaning on the day we rescheduled and check the work when the cleaning was done.

We eventually were able to get back to the property a few weeks after the cleaning, and the property did not appear to get a "deep" clean (e.g., window sills did not appear to be cleaned based on the fossilized bugs on them -- the property was vacant the entire time, so it was not dirty from someone living there).

I contacted the owner, and after a defensive conversation, she did agree to send someone back to re-clean the property. But not wanting to go back a third time, I did not follow up to get this scheduled (since the timing for a re-clean also did not work when we were listing the property for sale).

So, in sum, the property was eventually cleaned and the owner did offer to fix the issues, but the overall experience (both with respect to scheduling and services) was less than satisfying.

This is the worst cleaning company in Pittsburgh. The maids arrived late without calling or giving a heads up, and there is no contact information to get in touch. But even worse, the cleaning was terrible. Our landlords charged us due to the poor cleaning service of this team. I asked them specifically to vacuum a rug in the basement, they did not do that. They didn’t clean the fridge or large areas of the master bathroom. I have contacted two different email addresses asking for this to be fixed before giving a poor review, but I have received radio silence. Do NOT use this company. Similar to the review below, the communication is bad but the cleaning itself is worse.

Some of the cleaners are really thurough and nice, some of the cleaners you get really just vacuum and call it a day… if you can get a consistent cleaner I would recommend. Otherwise it’s not worth the gamble

The girls are great especially Julie and Bre. Everyone is cooperative, pleasant and nice to have around.

We've been using MK Cleaning service on a bimonthly basis to clean our kitchen, bathrooms, run the sweeper and do some light dusting.We couldn't be more pleased. Their prices are reasonable and fair. The company sends you a reminder text, and provides a two hour window when the cleaning service folks will be arriving. The ladies are always prompt, polite, work really hard and do a very thorough cleaning. It has been life changing to have a professional company help with the up keep of our home. I would like to give a note of recommendation to McKenzie and Amanda, who came to clean our home after we had had a leak in our ceiling and the whole ceiling had to be replaced so there was an enormous amount of dust throughout the house. The girls did an incredible job left everything sparkling and I can’t thank them enough. I would like to have them as a continual team for my home. Thank you.
