They are simply the best. Before I switched to them for my heat pump maintenance, my indoor temperature during frigid weather outside could not maintain the indoor setting. In fact, it use to fall 6 to 8 degrees below the setting. Now it is perfect. Their maintenance program is very thorough and the service tech takes his time and reviews everything with me. Great company!

Diesels Heating and Airconditioning gave me fast and excellent service, had my new furnace installed in one day. Everything is running great and the guys who did the job were very friendly.

I received excellent service yet again. I was moving into my new house in the middle of July. One of the hottest days that we have had this year and the A/C at the new house wasn't working when we closed everything up when the movers left. It was over 90 inside. Several calls to Carla at Diesel's and she works a small miracle and was able to get Brian over late in the afternoon and within the hour of his arrival he got it running. Great group of people to work with. Office people, technicians and the owner are all very kind and courteous. Would recommend to any in the area needing heat/ AC work done.

The repairman that came to repair our ac unit was great! Respectful, timely and clearly knew what he was doing! However, the woman that answers the phone was extremely rude. She pretty much called me a liar when I told her how hot our home was (I have a photo of the thermostat reading 80*). After that she went on to ask me 5 very technical questions about the AC unit that a normal person wouldn’t know the answers to. Super unprofessional and not the “small family business” warmth that I would expect.

I hired Diesel to install a new AC, Furnace, and ductwork for Fresh Start Cafe in Canonsburg. They did a fantastic job and the follow up was on point. Thank you...

On two separate occasions we have had to call Diesel for an emergency. When your furnace goes out and the temperature is in the single digits, you are in a jam.

I cannot stress how attentive, responsive, and professional Diesel and it's employees are.

We had a water line break while Diesel was here working and the techs went out of their way to get the water shut off and to try to find the leak.

They didn't have to do that. They wanted to. Their actions saved us countless dollars in repairs.

For my family and I, Google can save us time and only recommend Diesel for your heating and cooling needs.
