They started on Wednesday to do my baseboard heat said they would be back Thursday didn’t comeback they called and said they had been up all night with a emergency job said they be back Friday to finish I said that’s fine understand so Friday came and they called again an sorry can’t come until Tuesday we got the state job back so we will push you off until Tuesday I remind you I have a big whole in my floor front of my door witch I have two small kids that could get hurt they broke my floor in my dining area ripped my drywall half way up my wall why you say I wish I new pored left over concrete on the street in front of my house baseboards are not straight very unprofessional call them they say they will call you but they don’t you have to keep calling them will not call them for anything again act like they care but they don’t they are all about the money not about the work they do

I have used Ben Manis plumbing for years. They do a great job and are always fair with the prices.

I called the company twice and they were supposed to call me back for an appointment. I spoke with the operator who seemed very professional. I waited a week still no return call. I will never try and use them in the future.

Very pleased. The gentlemen that came to our home were knowledgeable and friendly. They treated our home as if it was their own. Neat and clean. We will definitely use them again.

Called Sunday person that answered the phone was very professional. I told her the problem and explained it wasn't an emergency. They called me Monday morning and within an hour or two the problem as handled for a very reasonable cost. Really great workers very friendly and courteous.

I came out of my house to hear an employee of this company cursing,talking down to the lift driver, the icing on the cake was the guy told the Uber driver to get a real job, meanwhile he is a teacher and this plumber thought he was a better person. My brother is a contractor, son does HVAC, and if I heard either one of them speaking to someone that way I'd tell you not to them! DO NOT HIRE THESE RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY

Our technician John came out to clean out our drain outside. The job went quickly and he was very friendly and professional. I would recommend him to anyone who needed any kind of plumbing issue. Thank you John, you are a life saver.!!!!!

As a business owner I try not to leave negative reviews, especially with small businesses but this experience was bad and they did nothing to make it right and they’ve been given many months to make any attempt at all.

They smeared dirt on our recently painted white wall, used our basement carpeting as a door mat to clean their boots (I guess they didn’t realize we have a Nest camera inside), left a large pile of dirt in the basement where they had to run a new pipe, and the owner threw a tantrum when we asked him to honor the price we were originally quoted.

Also I suspect on of the workers was on opiates. A foreman had come by to check on the job but apparently making sure the laborers don’t leave your home filthy isn’t part of his job.

I guess this is what happens when you hire a company who’s logo is an overflowing toilet and then ignore warning signs. Always trust your gut, even if you’re in an emergency situation.

They've done some work on my mom's house. Prices seem reasonable and they seem honest compared to other companies we've used.
