We woke to an indoor temperature of 61 degrees so I called L. Germek Heating & Cooling the same folks who installed the furnace, central air and who replaced the ductwork years ago. Karen answered and she professionally took my information and asked a few questions to give the technician an idea as to what we experienced. Karen let me know that she would have Mike come out as soon as he finished the call he was out on now. Karen called me a little later to let me know that Mike was on his way and asked what door he should come to when he arrived. Mike from L. Germek Heating & Cooling arrived not long after Karen called he came to the door that I had requested and we discussed what took place before losing our heat and anything that I had done to try and get it back on he then went downstairs inspected the furnace checked the pressure switch and other sensors and components finding the sensor that he believed was causing the issue and replaced that sensor. Mike didn’t stop there he went over everything else that could possibly cause this type of issue especially since we are having subzero temperatures tonight. Mike cleaned everything up and left the area better than he found it and was pulling out of our driveway with work complete the heat on and it wasn’t long till we were comfortable once again. Thank you Karen, Mike and L. Germek Heating & Cooling for doing what you said you would and doing so in a quick, efficient and professional way!

After 21 years of being a loyal customer and waiting for 2 months for someone to come & fix my furnace they just decided they're not coming because I live to far & of course they didnt even call me to let me know. Now I find out from a new company that they sold me a furnace that's way to big & it caught on fire. They also used caulking instead of replacing the broken part. Thanks for leaving my family with a dangerous furnace!!!

I already knew the issue with my furnace when the tech came. I had 27V from my thermostat but no 120 to my inducer. I checked the output on the control board. I let the tech know that so within two minutes of getting there he confirmed it was the control board. I already had the control board priced at $127 and $133. He charged me over $299.75. I should have went with a Goodman Furnace dealer. I'll never go with these guys again the mark up on parts is just too much. 40% mark up would have been $186. Charging over 120% mark up is almost criminal, but they know they have you so who cares right? .

Never had issues with this company. I scheduled our free cleaning about a week late, and they still honored it and got us on the schedule in no time. Came right on time, and they were able to fix our problem we were having, along with the Cleaning, without spending a lot of money. Id give more stars if I could. Highly recommend

Warhold was professional and promptly responded to my callout regarding my concern about a leaking T&P relief valve on my water heater the next day. Technician Shane was a fantastic and upfront. He determined that the water heater's expansion tank was functionally sound and my concern was pointing towards a faulty pressure reducing valve (PRV) due to a high-water pressure reading and recommended replacement of the PRV and T&P relief valve. The reason for 4-stars is due to the pricing. I understand that these quotes factor in a multitude of things but, even at ~$100 for a spec-for-spec replacement of the PRV and $25 for a spec-for-spec T&P relief valve, I could not justify the quote I was given (a little over $1000). I was expecting the quote to be closer to $500-$600, based on a labor rate of $150-$200/hr and a 2-hour job. Regardless, this turned into a learning experience for me and I thank Warhold and Shane for their service and expertise.
