Built Right did an amazing job on building out my second bath! It went from being hardly usable to something that looks like it came out of a magazine! They communicated every step of the way, were able to go beyond my expectations, and did it all in under the amount of time they estimated. 10 out of 10 would use them again!

Built pergola & installed flooring. These partners are talented, dedicated, dependable & reasonable. Jason & John listen, advise, & execute your dreams. They add the finishing touches while minimizing the inconvenience. They seem to be able to do it all, with a work ethic that’s hard to find. If you’re in the market for home improvements, keep their number handy!

Where can I start? The communication, early start time, friendliness, professionalism, fees, suggestions, explanations, and quality of work is simply "outstanding". I felt like I was on a pedestal my project was their main priority from start to finish. I can finally call my house a home. From hooking up appliances, installing kitchen cabinets, hot water tank, wash tub in basement, bathroom sink, fire place, painting, electrical outlets, plumbing, carpet, and extra amenities (just from their kindness): a creative window frame, back splash on the ceiling, new kitchen door with cute stopper and extra electrical outlets. The extra amenities really meant a lot to me. I can't complement Jason and John enough. I am truly thrilled, joyful, tearful, satisfied, happy and can't stop looking at my gorgeous kitchen. The guys did our covered 20x12’ deck of the back of our home. It sits 12 feet in the air, so this was not a little job! They notched our beams, ran gutters, did some soffit and fascia, perfectly measured out 19 steps to the ground (that don’t budge an inch when walking up or down them), poured the concrete footers, tied it beautifully into our roofline, put in multiple electrical outlets, and a ceiling fan, and even got our dog a treat for Christmas! Their bid was 5k less than the next low bid so that was really scary for us initially! However, the job is complete and we couldn’t be happier! We’ve had tons of compliments from our neighbors and even though it’s winter, we love standing on our new deck while waiting for summer! Just a great company! We’ll be using them again for more home renovations!

I had several different jobs that needed completed. It was electrical, plumbing and exhaust fan.. I highly recommend Built Right Concepts for any home repairs you may need completed. Jason & John are extremely professional, polite and experienced in the work they do.

Excellent experience. Jason came out on a weekend to give me a quote for A/C and heat pump install that was 1500 less than 2 other companies. I had an install date within 2 weeks of calling to schedule one. Amazing customer service and workmanship. I will call Built Right concepts first for every project I come up with in the future. Highly recommend.

Jason and John were excellent. Professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and very nice. They remodeled our bathroom (replaced tub, surround, vanity, plumbing) From the initial estimate, to the final product, they explained the process before during, and after. They worked very hard, and gave us a beautiful finished bathroom! We would recommend them to anyone!

Jason and John were very easy to work with. My HVAC project was completed and their bid was competitive. I had a few extras worked on and was satisfied with the job even though it cost a little more than I expected. I will hire them again.

Jason and John have done a lot of work for me in last few years.
They have installed furnaces, AC, built decks and porch overs and well you name it.
They have always done a FANTASTIC above and beyond work.
I ABSOLUTELY recommend them over anyone.

Jason came out and gave us a quote and walked us through how he came to that conclusion. He was very efficient and kind when coming out and installing a new Central Air unit and updating our electrical panel; both done for cheaper than others were quoting to do just the A/C! I was very impressed with the job and with how he respected our property. Any questions I had he was quick to answer and explain in a way that would make sense. If I ever needed anything, I would 100% contact them again!

My old furnace decided to stop working during our recent spring cold snap. At this point I needed to find someone to look at my issue. Obtained a listing of HVAC contacts from another website and Built Right Concepts happen to be on that listing. So, I decided to call based on their excellent reviews that was noted from previous customers. Jason was currently working on another job, did not hesitate to provide a same day service appointment to analyze my furnace issue. Jason and John's provided excellent customer service during our initial meeting. They took time to listen to some of the issue that was noticed before the furnace stop working. At that point they began to analyze and perform some test to see if the system could be possibly repaired. They were upfront and explained that due to the age and the issue with the furnace that was not repairable. Since it was determined that the furnace could not be repaired, I brought the fact that my A/C also had some issues. So, at this point I needed the HVAC two piece. As professionals do, they ask if they could take some time to provide some replacement options for the HVAC system. They provided a proposal with some replacement options, took their time to explain and educate. My system is now fully installed and couldn’t be more pleased about this incredible team who were prompt and always kept me in the loop before making changes. Continued success to this company!

Jason and John had done electrical service for us previously. We had been impressed by their professionalism and hard work. We then needed a new furnace air conditioner and misc. plumbing done ( running new gas and water lines for new appliances. ) They came out for an estimate, we accepted and work was scheduled. It took 3 days to complete all of the work. They were very hard working and professional through out all of the glitches an old house can throw at you . It was wonderful to work with them. With an old house we will have more work that needs done and Built Right Concepts is who we will call.

I was in a time crunch with closing on a new home and they were able to fit in a front porch railing install without hesitation. Their quote was the best I recieved and their work was top notch. They both showed up early to the house and they did an outstanding job. I'll for sure use them again for anything I need done around my house.

Update: Just used Jason and John, with Built Right Concepts again to open up our closed in staircase at our new house and they did absolutely AMAZING!!! It makes such a big difference and they again outdid themselves.

My water pressure was very low on the 2nd floor and I’ve been dealing with different companies. Jason built my trust again with plumbers and come to find out he was familiar with my home because he put the water tank a few years back. I bought my 1st home this year and everyone I’ve dealt with gave me poor service. From the moment I spoke to someone in his office, they made me feel at ease, she was courteous, friendly and was able to put me on the schedule. Jason arrive on time and wanted to know about my issues before he started. He fixed my water pressure, fixed my faucet and even help me with a tub issue that wasn’t on the service call. Jason gave me ideas on how to install my thermostat and offered to help me with other items. I was so glad that I found this company. Once in fully move-in, his the 1st call I’m making to maintenance my HVAC and replace my tub. Good techs are hard to find, Built Right deserve recognition for having the right crew.

I would highly recommend Built Right Concepts. I was looking for an estimate to replace my heat and add air conditioning. They showed up on time, provided an estimate on the spot and negotiated my hot water heater as a bonus to close the deal. I did get two other estimates for the same Carrier equipment and by far they had the BEST pricing. On the day of install Jason & John showed up on time. I requested adding an outdoor faucet when installing my new water heater and they made that happen too. The work done was neat, clean and professional.

Jason and John replaced a defective part on my furnace on 11/5/2020. The price they charged was substantially less than the furnace repair company that I used in the past. They worked quickly and efficiently and my furnace is working perfectly now! I asked them to perform all of the future maintenance on my furnace and A/C unit and was happy that they agreed to do so. Both Jason and John were upfront about price and service and true to their words. They were also friendly and took the time to explain what they were doing and why it had to be done.

I had this company come in for a quote, and couldn't have been happier. They provide plumbing and air/heat install and repair. I had my furnace replaced and a new hot water tank installed. Prices were wonderful in comparison and they only used top quality products (carrier furnace). Jason and John are very personable and stand by the work they do. I felt no pressure to purchase or use them, but they provided honest input and opinions. I am very pleased I decided to go with Built Right Concepts. I highly recommend giving them a look!

Very happy with this company. Installed two air conditioners and a furnace and a very good price very efficiently. Have come back several times to correct small problems that arose. Actually called again for them to replace my second furnace because I was so happy with their work the first time

Our furnace began to die in the middle of winter so we called to try and get it replaced as soon as possible. They installed it three days later which is much faster than we could have ever hoped. All the contractors were polite and courteous and had the furnace put in and the old one taken out in the just a couple hours. Overall their service was better than even my highest expectations and the price was great.
