I've used RJ Staso for more than 10 years. They do annual maintenance on my heating and cooling and have replaced both my A/C and furnace, installed a built-in humidifier and air purification system. I trust them fully and wouldn't even consider going to anyone else. Whether it's routine service or an unexpected situation, they're always there when I need them.

My mom's AC quit working on a hot summer day. She called RJ Staso and they came out that day and fixed the problem quickly at a fair price. Great experience.

This morning at 0735 I called their office, within 30 minutes Greg was at our door. Within another 30 minutes our furnace was up and running!! Greg's immediate response time & ability are top notch in our opinions. I don't know what we would've done this morning without you guys ... wait, we would've frozen!! Thank You, truly ... for everything!!

If you want reliable, dependable, go outta their way guys, this is the HVAC company for you!!! I called on Saturday with no heat and Greg is awesome and called right back and was at my home within the hour. Greg is the reason I support small business with my business. I feel like he cares and Greg and his folks are all about customer service. I could not be more pleased and they have a customer for life with me.

Recently had an issue with my furnace and with a 19month and 7 month old baby, we needed the issue addressed quickly. Moved into my new build a few months ago that was serviced by RJ Staso for heating/cooling…came home the other day to my nest with an error code on it/AC not working in 90 degree weather. Called RJ Staso and Greg was at my home within 20 minutes! Greg was beyond friendly, very timely, and even educated me on the quick fix! We also dealt with RJ Staso at our prior home and I would recommend them to anyone! Such great service! They go above and beyond for their clients! Thank you RJ Staso Heating and AC!!!

We had an air condition unit installed in our attic/outside a little over a month ago. We are completely happy with the service we received. We did have a small issue a few days later (as with anything new) and they were on top and prompt when tweaking the issue. It’s worth getting a quote from this company, as it was much lower than many of the other local companies and the service was prompt.

I have no worries with my furnace or air conditioner with R. J. Staso Heating and Air Conditioning overseeing their care twice a year. They clean my units and answer all of my questions. I will continue to have them come regularly to keep up with these valuable units. Thanks R. J . Staso!!!!

Very happy with our service! Our 10 year old furnace quit working. Called, came out and had our furnace running within 2 hours! So nice to have a local company that has excellent service to support. I would highly recommend!

Had an emergency situation over the weekend and contacted RJ STASO who put in our original furnace. To avoid weekend fees they attempted to solve our problem over the phone, but to no avail. Within 10 minutes they showed up at our home and determined our furnace needed to be replaced. By Monday morning we had a new unit installed. The workers were highly professional and efficient. Follow-up calls were made to insure we were satisfied. We were very pleased with our service. In addition, all available discounts were applied.

The service was the best. They arrived about an hour after I called and promptly repaired my heater. Greg was very friendly and gave me tips on how to operate my HVAC system so that it functions better. I highly recommend using this company.

Just had a whole house heat pump system installed and couldn't be happier. During the planning process I felt at ease and confident the correct system was going to be installed. The attention to detail and craftsmanship of installation crew really impressed me. And best of all, the system is working awesome!

I've been having a terrible time with my heater lately and both times I called they were here in less than a day. It was eventually discovered the unit needed to be replaced completely and with temps outside so low I was settling in for days of being cold but NOPE they came out next day and worked hard half the day to get the new unit in and running. I HIGHLY recommend this company. They're not just good at what they do, they're compassionate and caring too. They don't see the customer as dollar signs like so many other places do, they genuinely care about what the customer is going thru and needs.

Always helpful, always on time! They follow up and deliver on promises. These days, we find it hard to find good service, but Greg was thorough, explained what he was doing, and made sure we had no questions or needed anything else. We are always impressed and never disappointed. Our unit is 15-years old yet still like new thanks to their service.

My air conditioner died during the 90 plus degree heat wave. I called Staso and they had one installed in less than a week. Great service and great people!
