“Brew” will treat you like you’re family! He made sure he explained in detail what I would need and why after thorough inspection of my heating and cooling units. The bonus to me was the detailed follow up on the options I had to choose from and not feeling pressured into any particular option. He even provided me a work around until I decided on which units. As a realtor and homeowner, I would recommend Family to my family, friends and clients.

I recently needed to replace my entire heating and air conditioning unit, during a heatwave and Covid-19. Chris (Brew) and his partner showed up on time, in masks and other protective gear. I have been working from home and they were so respectful, clean, efficient and knowledgeable, I was able to work the whole time they were here. They did a great job and I'd highly recommend family heating and air conditioning to my own family and friends! A+++++ Thank You

professional and efficient start to finish. i had a complete system installed within few days of requesting a quote in the middle of the summer. the installer technician, Josh was great. he answered all my questions about the install and was courteous and respectful and the cleanup was great. would definitely reccomend using Family HVAC
