I have used Jeremiah's services on mutiple properties and have always been very pleased, not only with the work itself, but also with Jeremiah as a contractor.

I contacted Perfectio for a small backyard and front garden clean up project including power washing the deck. I was very happy that they had availability and they gave me an estimate that was lower than I expected. I am beyond thrilled with the quality of the work. The deck looks brand new and the jungle I had growing is gone. Jeremiah is professional and clearly takes a lot of pride and ownership in his work. I fully recommend this company.

Campos Team recently completed our back patio paver project in KOP, and we couldn’t be happier. We talked to several contractors, but Campos was the only one who actually noticed the critical issues with our backyard and provided the right solution right off the bat. We were very impressed by the cement work Campos Masonry did at our house recently. They expertly removed damaged cement on outside walls, repaired it and painted it. Looks like new! They also filled in cracks to stop water from seeping into the basement. They replaced a cement walkway and repaired a retaining wall. Meliton and his crew listened to what we wanted and made recommendations to fix it the right way. The team's expertise gave us a result better than we hoped for! We will use this company again.

Meliton and his crew were absolutely fantastic. We had quite a bit of stucco repair (including chimney and a retaining wall) done as well as painting the house and garage. Meliton and his crew were fantastic. They showed up on time everyday, worked 8 to 10 hours days and left each night leaving my property immaculate. In addition, they laid a flagstone patio and added beautiful cobblestone edging around driveway area and landscaping. I am thrilled with their work, workmanship, professionalism. They exceeded all expectations and I would highly recommend.

Campos Masonry exceeded our expectations. From the free estimate all the way to the end of the project, they were courteous and professional. We thought repairing and reinforcing our 6’ retention wall along a creek was a tall order, but the Campos staff handled it with skill and a smile- they rocked it! Meliton made thoughtful suggestions regarding the structure of the project and how to increase strength and durability without additional cost. His employees worked tirelessly to get our project completed on time; they were kind and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this company!

Campos Masonry did a beautiful job in our façade renovation. The crew was super nice, helpful, and always kept everything clean throughout the entire job. It was a big job for us and we were worried about the outcome since we had heard horror stories about contractors. They created and installed a new window in the front and one on the back (windows were pre-purchased), installed and stained a new door with sidelights (pre-purchased), removed old siding and stucco, and replaced with a brick veneer. After removing stucco, they found a detailed corner post, which they were able to incorporate into the new façade to preserve some of the house's history. They did a great job on the inside too with the drywall, framing, painting and tiles. Even their electrician who came by once was helpful and friendly. When I had questions, I could reach them by email, I could call the owner on the phone, or ask the crew directly.
We definitely recommend them. Just a heads up that if you live in the city, the permit approval process takes a long time.
