Eric solved an electrical problem that no one else could resolve. This, on top of his other work around our home, puts him at the top of the list for any contractor I’ve used in 35 + years of home ownership.

We recently worked with Dave and Brenda Frees to help clean up a family home. On short notice they showed up and were the perfect support we needed. We could not have gotten through this effort without them!! Highly recommended!!

Radical Renovations just completed a lower level remodel for us in our home and we could not be happier with the results. The project was seamless from concept design to final cleaning. My wife and I bought a house in Bryn Mawr in an estate sale that had many issues (structural, plumbing, electrical, etc.). We chose Radical Renovations after carefully reviewing and interviewing a number of design-build firms in the area, and we couldn't be happier with our choice.

Eric and his team at Radical Renovations were meticulous and thoughtful in working through our project, which included a major addition, new kitchen, new bathrooms, and basically a complete gut-renovation and modernization of the existing house. They creatively incorporated much of the charm of the existing home into the finished product while building in all the premium finishes and smart home features of a modern, custom-built home. And most importantly, when surprises came up throughout the project (which is inevitable in a big project in an old home like ours), we didn't have to worry because Eric and his team had the knowledge and experience to work through them seamlessly.

If you're looking for a contractor with a high level of integrity and attention to detail, and someone you can trust to do your project the right way and do it well, then I cannot recommend anyone more highly!

I used Radical Renovations (Eric) for a complete rip-out and remodel of my house. I am picky and have very high expectations of people I hire and Eric met all my expectations, even the ones I know I am a little overboard about. He is patient and diligent and stands by his work 100% and the work of any Subs he brings in. He is well priced and will do everything you need to make sure you are happy with the work that is done. I am planning on buying a property next and will have Eric build that house 100%. Highly recommend him and his team.

Radical Renovations built our custom home four years ago. They did a great job and introduced us to alternative materials that have proven to last longer and provide a higher quality finished product.

Since the initial build they have stood behind their work and addressed any issues that came up. We have also asked them to come out to add extra amenities. Big or small Eric and his team have always responded quickly and made us a priority.

It is very rare to find a person , let alone a GC, that does what they say they are going to do, and does it. Eric and his team did just that. Eric and the Radical Renovations team are world-class. We have now used Radical for multiple projects including an extensive build-out of our previously unfinished basement. What stands out above all else is their attention to detail and high quality work. Eric's responsiveness, creativity, and expertise have made him a great partner in improving our home.

RR did a "great room" addition and built a mudroom and bathroom into an existing garage. Absolutely beautiful work. The few problems that occurred were remedied fairly and with no fighting about it. Very easy people to work with and very helpful with presenting alternative solutions. I cannot be more pleased with the result and would hire them again without giving it a second thought! Fabulous craftsmanship and awesome human beings too.

We have likely renovated nearly half of our house in collaboration with Radical Renovations and Main Line Studio, tackling a project that involved both structural changes and detailed design refinements. Both Farren and Eric have demonstrated exceptional expertise and dedication over the past few months, ensuring the project progressed efficiently to the finish line.

Radical Renovations completed two highly custom projects for us - a custom bathroom and a complete gut/redesign of a pool house. The work was done to a high level of quality and communication was excellent. As with all custom jobs, there were a lot of moving parts and not everything was able to be specified up front. The Radical Team did their best to always explain the various options throughout the project to ensure that the final product met our expectations in both design and cost. Highly recommend

We used Radical Renovations for our kitchen remodeling, and we soon realized that we should be leveraging RR for all types of major home projects. Led by owner Eric Hahn, and PM Alex Bielucki, RR completed a major kitchen remodel project for our Gladwyne home on-time and within budget. Communication with us was fantastic, and they kept us informed every step of the way. Furthermore, the personal attention RR provides is some of the best customer service I have seen. I strongly recommend RR to anyone in the Philly area if they are looking for big time home projects.

Eric and his team did our kitchen and we couldn't be happier with the end result. They went above and beyond to make sure our project was not just done on time but ahead of time. I found Radical Renovations by way of IG. I figured that they must have a good reputation if a professional designer shared their collaborative work. We worked with them on several house updates and Eric was so thorough in the breakdown of costs and navigating our budget that we were able to complete multiple rooms at once. His team was neat, responsive, and easy to work with. I've gone on to hire Eric and his team for projects at my office as well. Previously I struggled with getting contractors to follow up, call back, etc, etc but this has never been the case with Eric. I will continue to work with them on future projects!

Radical Renovations came to us highly recommended, and we were and are extremely happy with our primary bath renovation. We had a terrific experience with the entire RR team from conception to finished project, and were impressed with the professionalism, communication, and timeliness of everyone with whom we interacted. I would unequivocally recommend Radical Renovations for any construction project. We recently purchased a two-year-old home and wanted to install a gas fireplace and add character to a large great room. Eric built a beautiful focal point wall which included a floor to ceiling tile center with a linear gas fireplace, tile mantle, and a flush Picture TV surrounded by beautiful built-in cabinets.
Eric is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable, and communication was excellent. The staff and sub-contractors whom he employs are outstanding workers. I would particularly like to commend Alex who was meticulous at his work.
Eric is of the opinion that the work is not complete until the customer is completely satisfied which is a rare belief today.

Cannot recommend Radical Renovations highly enough. We had a big job, turning our garage into a new bedroom / movie theatre. The RR team did very well, handling all the inevitable unexpected problem with ease. The job was on budget and our final result is excellent! They also did several other jobs around the house, replacing a large window, and re-designing our laundry room and home WiFi network. My wife and kids no longer complain about the internet! That alone was worth the work.
