Had my Heater serviced today.
Ace as a company is through from beginning to end. They texted me this morning with a picture of Dwayne and then he called and confirmed his ETA…. Wow blown away… he was in and out with in the hour. Clean and through… love those booties!

We could not recommend this organization more highly. From Chris's initial assessment and breakdown of what needed to be done and thoughtful strategy around how to do it logically/systematically, to Morgan, Lou, Chris V, Ed, Spencer, and the rest of the crew's incredibly thorough, thoughtful, and considerate approach to an unbelievably complex undertaking, this team made a scary and overwhelming process truly pleasant (even enjoyable). It has been an absolute pleasure knowing this crew is carefully restoring and upgrading our entire home systems (electric + HVAC) in a way that will last for as long as we're able to live there. THANK YOU all for your amazing work - we are so grateful!

When our 20+ year-old water heater started leaking and our 70-year-old boiler needed replacing, we shopped multiple estimates, including a big company we’d used before (who we honestly anticipated sticking with). When that company was pressuring us into a time-limited discount if we chose next-day installation, I made a Hail Mary call ACE to see if they could match or beat that quote. I honestly didn't expect them to say yes, but Mike Pagnotelli called me back promptly and took the time to walk us through options, encouraged us to compare bids (from ACE and others), and explained what questions to ask other contractors to ensure we’d get a quality installation. He ultimately steered us to a higher-quality boiler at a lower price that we were about to pay, got us next-day installation, and saved us thousands of dollars. Throughout the process, Mike was quick to respond to questions (and challenges), and went above and beyond to make sure every question was answered. On installation day, the technicians were knowedgable, friendly, respectful, and thorough, taking time to walk us through how everything worked. Really happy with ACE/ Unique Indoor Comfort. They won over this skeptic.
