Purchased an entirely new HVAC system. Had an issue with a fuse which caused the air to stop working. They sent someone out right away to repair the issue. Everything is going well since then.

I have used this company for a couple of years now ,however when I left a voice message for someone to call me back as I wanted to put a new unit in I never got a call back .I paid my annual contract fee and wrote a note to them not to cash my check till they talked to me .I did get the call then but was told I never left any messages /they did not get it . I am upset as have proof that I called them . The owner has not even bothered to email or call to see if they can keep my business .It makes me sad to see such poor customer service in the Service Industry .As a company they do know their work and were always on time for the appointments .
