Unprofessional, Disrespectful, and Dishonest

I recently had an unpleasant experience with Shreiner Tree Care while they were working on my neighbor's property. Instead of properly removing debris, their crew was blowing leaves and throwing branches into my yard—completely disregarding property lines and basic professionalism.

When I tried to get their attention from my deck, three workers ignored me. I walked closer—about 30 yards away—where four workers, all facing me, still “somehow” couldn’t see or hear me as I waved and whistled to get their attention. Since they refused to acknowledge me, I called my neighbor to intervene.

My neighbor, being a good guy, went out to speak with the foreman and then called me over to join the conversation. Instead of taking responsibility, the foreman claimed he never saw me and dismissed my concerns. When I pointed out that his workers were blatantly pushing debris into my yard, he resorted to insulting my property, saying, "Well, your yard is a mess anyway."

Let that sink in—rather than apologizing for his crew’s actions, he decided to insult me. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he tried to justify their carelessness with pointless arguments, claiming that his workers weren’t crossing the fence line. But I personally witnessed—and recorded—his crew blowing leaves and tossing branches onto my property.

This entire situation could have been easily resolved with a simple apology and a commitment to stop, but instead, the foreman chose to be combative and dismissive.

Ask yourself this:
If their job is to clean up, why were they shoving debris onto my property instead of properly removing it, like they did elsewhere on the site?

Bottom line: Shreiner Tree Care lacks professionalism, integrity, and basic respect for homeowners. If this is how they treat neighboring properties, I can only imagine how they treat their actual customers.
