Constraction reviews in Lackawaxen, Pennsylvania

Very conscientious and artistic

Great job! Amazing service.

Called them several times and they never returned any of my calls!!!

Great work! Completed on time and as requested. Price was competitive. No need to look anywhere else if you are considering excavation in the region!

We couldn't be happier with the way our driveway turned out. KAI made some suggestions which worked really well. I was surprised on fast things went from the first call to completion. Thank you.

Started off great but never finished the job. Screwed up porch build and had to completely redo handrail. Porch is not built properly and is already crumbling, handrail is falling off. Kai called and asked for last $300 of balance due - when I enumerated the issues that need to be fixed, never heard from him again.

KAI did a great job on my lakefront home. He designed a really aesthetic landscape and completed the project on time and within the agreed upon budget.

Kai and his team were amazing! They did a driveway, large pond, pad site and much more! Look no further! He’s great and always trust the process.

We are recently retired in the Hawley, PA.area & just had the absolute pleasure of having some home improvements done for our home by K.A.I. Excavating & Landscaping. They are prompt, courteous, professional and did a GREAT job redoing our driveway. We are so very satisfied with this Company, and they were terrific from start to finish. Needless to say, we HIGHLY recommend them and will certainly be using them in the near future! FIVE+ STARS FOR SURE!!!!

KAI Excavation did an amazing job on my back yard fire pit. He took an unusable piece of land and turned it into our favorite place to entertain. The stonework and the stairs are perfect. They completed the job when they said they would, even thought the rain.

Thanks for consistently showing up and completing the excavation on our foundation. We’re very happy with it.

We have worked with Kai on two different projects and find him to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. His work is outstanding and he is more than fair in terms of the work he has done for us.
I would recommend him without reservation to anyone looking for either excavation or landscaping.

Reliable, efficient and trustworthy are a few words I would use to describe Kai and his operation. He has done landscaping, excavation and snow removal for me throughout the years. It says a lot when you arrive during a snowstorm on a Friday night with snow covered icy roads, only to find that the only place within 30 miles where the snow HAS been removed is your driveway...

Kai has been plowing our driveway in the winter and completing all aspects of landscape: mowing and pruning in the summer for several years. He is very dedicated and dependable. I would highly recommend him.

Had KAI work on our overgrown lot last week. He was priced competitively, had the job complete on time, and quality of work was above my expectation.
Looking forward to having KAI work on our next project in Lackawaxen this summer!

Happy to say that I was contacted by Kai's secretary. She apologized for not contacting us for so long, but explained that Kai had become very busy. He returned to our house to pick up some of the debris that was missed the first time around and trimmed the rest of the trees in the backyard. Feb 2017
Driveway was done quickly and looks good.

Professional, needed gravel for my driveway and every company was too busy or too expensive, then we used K.A.I. - Best service, Best job, a really good honest person to work with.Thanks.

Kai not only took over a job that was left half completed but he spent so much time and energy helping me figure out the best and most aesthetically pleasing solutions to the water and flooding problems I was having with my streams. He built a new crossing bridge over the stream and reinforced the walls with huge boulders to along the stream beds. His work was exceptional and I highly recommend him.

Kai did a fantastic job dredging my 1/2 acre pond. I had several bids ahead of Kai that were way over budget. Kai took the time to understand what I needed and my budget constraints. He is extremely resourceful and knowledgeable. He worked with PennDot, EPA and local experts to ensure we complied with all guidelines re wetlands, culverts etc. We only had a few days window to work given weather conditions and Kai uncomplainingly worked long days in very cold temps to get done. Kai was very conscientious - TBH he did a bit more than expected because he wanted to do the job well. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate Kai and the new pond he gave me! It was only 1-2 feet deep after years of muck build up. It is now 4-10 feet deep and the water is very clear. I can’t wait to stock fish! Thank you Kai!!

Kai was a excellent to work with. He cleared, put in a driveway, culvert, septic, and dug out for our basement. He was very knowledgeable, nice, and easy to get a hold of and timely. Would highly recommend him for any of your excavation or landscaping needs. A+++

We had a big project that involved shoring up our creek side from erosion as well as protecting our house from flooding by building a berm and adding a drainage pipe. We also wanted to ensure the finished project left our property looking natural and not commercial. Kai addressed all our objectives in an efficient and well planned manner. He even helped us with the permits we needed. Kai took care not to disrupt the property with the heavy equipment.
The end result is amazing. We feel we got more than we expected at a very fair price! We highly recommend Kai for all your excavation and landscaping needs!
