I thought Nora was very sweet. I think she did a good job, but I don't believe it was worth $60 per hour. Nothing to do with her, but I thought I would let u know this. I have friends that cannot believe the amount I paid! I should have shopped around more. I did have to go over some areas that I noticed after she left.

We have been using Bright touch for over 5 years since we moved to the area. They are very easy to work with and do such a great job. We love our professional, Tabitha. She does an amazing job every time and works with us and our family’s schedule.

They do a really great job!!! We did a 2 hour deep clean of both of our bathrooms and they were sparkling clean by the time they were done. For the price, this was well worth the money and we couldn’t be happier.

We used Bright Touch for a relative that was recovering from a medical incident and unable to clean their house for awhile. We started with the deep clean and then standard cleaning. I've been using Bright Touch for over 15 years and the quality always shows. The cleaners are on time and polite, and always do a great job. I'm picky when it comes to my wood floors, but they are always cleaned to my liking. Tami has been my cleaner through the duration and she has always done a great job and is so nice! It's a bonus knowing who is in my house as it's been the same person for years. Kudos to Bright Touch for their quality and for keeping their staff consistent over the years! Highly recommend!

Well, I got mixed feelings with Bright Touch Cleaning. I have utilized them for over a year now.

Bright Touch Cleaning do not clean walls nor furniture.

A few times when Bright Touch Cleaning came, they left counter tops unfinished with fruit flies still around and another time forgot to clean the floors. And when I requested Bright Touch Cleaning to not clean during a particular month, they did anyway and for whatever reason decided to invoice me 7 months later for a cleaning that I never consented to. Utter ridiculous. And yet, they have no problem charging a whopping $150/month despite the mentioned nuances and gaps in their cleaning. I will say that Elma and Adrianne are nice over the phone at least.

Bright Touch Cleaning consistently does a great job cleaning our home! Elma has a great crew that works for her and we feel very comfortable when they come to clean. They are also great with our pets too- the pets always come to say hi and great our cleaning lady when she comes.

They were very easy to work with to get set up with new service. Elma is a big help. And the cleaning job was excellent. Jenna, our cleaner, did a great job and was very thorough, not to mention a nice person. Totally satisfied with their service. Highly recommend!! Thanks guys!!

Everyone who has represented the company has been professional, courteous, and friendly. I always feel confident knowing my home is being cleaned by someone I trust, not only not to "do the wrong thing" but also to go above and beyond and really care for the home and by extension care for my family. In addition to our biweekly cleaning schedule, we've added various deep clean services over the past two years and have always been impressed by the quality of the service we've received. Which is to say, I wasn't surprised to see a beautifully cleaned home after their most recent visit, but rather it was just a day that helped me appreciate the care we receive even more than ever. Maybe you've had a day like that, up against deadlines at work and feeling all the different stresses as a parent as well, feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about how you'll get it all done. And on a day like that, being able to take a moment and see your home in such great condition, for me it was just like a weight lifted off my shoulders and really helped clear my head and focus my efforts. Elma, the owner, really seems to care about her customers; we're not a faceless address that pays for a cleaning, we're a family that she remembers and it really shows with any phone call or correspondence.

The team from Bright Touch Cleaning came to our new house to do a deep cleaning and we couldn’t be happier. Bright touch exceeded not only my expectations but those of my wife as well. I can not recommend them highly enough. They were less expensive than the competition but the quality was not lacking.
