Joe Hemphill and his team are reliable, do a great job, and take pride in their work. Joe always checks in on things during projects and is attentive with follow up items. Very happy with their work!!

Cannot say enough good things about Lawn Works! We absolutely love what they did on our property - everything from removal of old shrubs to landscaping a new design to sodding and planting beautiful flowers, mulching and more. Joe is a great communicator and kept us informed throughout the process and our crew, led by Rogie, was amazing. They were all a joy to have around. Top notch quality - I can’t recommend enough!

Update 7/6/2023: Another phenomenal job by the Lawn Works! They just installed brand new sod in my front yard and it looks amazing!

The guys at The Lawn Works did a phenomenal job from start to finish with the concrete patio in my backyard in Ridley. These guys have been in business for a long time and really know their stuff. They even put down new beautiful sod for me after my backyard got muddy in a spot from digging the patio, so I know they truly care about the customer and do the right thing. If you're in Delaware County and need a concrete patio put in, definitely give The Lawn Works a call!

Lawn Works - I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I hired Lawn Works to replace an old worn out concrete patio with a flagstone patio, fence in my backyard, create brand new beds in the back yard, plant over 25 different shrubs and perennials, also extend the beds in the front yard and redo some of the landscaping in those beds. In addition , Joe and his crew designed a great privacy screen to separate the a/c units from the patio to reduce the noise and keep the patio eye appealing. From the initial call to the completion of these projects, there was great communication, and professionalism. Everyone of the Lawn Works employees that i interacted with were just great and such hard workers. I get compliments on my patio from other contractors doing other work inside my house, from people walking by, family and friends. I could spend every moment in my yard.

I’ve been using Lawn Works for so long, I can’t even remember when I started using them. What I do remember is that after going through countless landscaping companies, all of whom ended up being completely unreliable in their service and questionable in their quality, I was relieved to finally land on a company that consistently delivers.
Lawn Works has tackled a number of tasks for me—from lawn cutting and landscaping to hardscaping and fence construction. Last year, when I needed to replace the fence around my pool, I consulted a number of well-known fence installers. All of them quoted me prices of $17K and upward with little to no variations. Lawn Works owner, Joe Hemphill, took a look at the project and immediately noted: there’s no reason to toss the entire fence…the frames need to be replaced, but we can save a lot of money using the materials that are still good. His crew came and worked with me (I wanted to take part in the construction because I had a specific idea of what I wanted…) in the 100 degree heat of July, and completed the job within a week and a half (more than 200 linear ft. of fence). The result was excellent, and as Joe had projected, I saved a ton of money on it. It ended up costing about half of what it would’ve cost me using a fence company…and they wouldn’t have given me what I wanted anyway. Pictures below.
Admittedly, prices have increased incrementally over the years since I first started using them, but as I often say, you get what you pay for…and sometimes not even that. I’ve always gotten more than I paid for with Lawn Works and I look forward to using them for as far ahead as I can see.

I have been a long time customer of the Lawn works, they have always done an excellent job caring for and maintaining my lawn. I have recently had a few landscaping jobs done by Joe and his crew. The work is amazing his guys really did an excellent job turning a old overgrown Flower bed into a beautiful space. I have also recently had several evergreen trees removed and new trees planted in their place. The work is beautiful...I will post the after pictures, unfortunately I don't have any before pictures. I have also used the lawn works for several other jobs such as cement work alongside of my property to support the wall and prevent water from getting into my basement.
I would highly recommend the Lawn Works for landscaping and general lawn, property maintenance.

Milton and his crew does very good work. Fast,professional and fair. Definitely gone use again for many other projects that need to be fixed.

MPG Construction is a really Excellent company for Home renovation. Mainly I like his plumbing basement renovation and Electrical work. He do my 2 House fully renovation is a super work. I am appreciates his work.

Worst experience ever dealing with a “professional”!! This app needs a zero star rating for businesses like MPG Construction. Milton is very unprofessional and a con artist. He says one thing just to book the job and does the complete opposite. His work is horrible and he tries to justify his wrong doings and bullies his way to get you to pay for his mishaps. If you like wasting money on unacceptable work, being lied to and being disrespected than Milton Padilla aka Ricardo Garcia is your guy, if you want the job done right my advice is call a PROFESSIONAL and not Milton’s company MPG construction!! Save yourself the headache, time and money!!

Browns Construction is a great company very professional an on time plus gets the job done in a timely manner.

What was promised to us as a 2-day job turned into 2 weeks. Junior managed to come up with every excuse for delays, including blaming us for selecting a concrete stamper that had to be special ordered. You'd think all of this should have been settled during the lead up to pouring. The actual work quality, as shown in attached, is sloppy - step not lined up with walk, water marks due to improper tenting in the rain. Last straw was the text received from Junior (attached) that was unbelievably condescending and obnoxious.

We ultimately settled on a discount, but we are left with a shoddy job.

Would NOT recommend hire.

After much research, we used this guys to renovate our dated kitchen and reinvigorate our barely used living room by installing an entertainment area. Everyone was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Their professionalism throughout the entire process made me feel like an ultimate VIP customer thanks for your work..
