I always replace my furniture with new furniture when it begin to get dirty and this particular time I decided to get it professionally cleaned and I am so happy that I choose this company bc I swear this furniture look like new. Isaac is great, he was on time and took his time and made sure I was happy with my sectional before he started my dining chairs. He was so nice and even got 2 spots out my rug in my closet without charging me so of course I had to leave a nice tip. Would highly recommend. You will NOT be disappointed.

We recently moved and everything in the house was renovated and fresh besides our couch. We do have a dog and a dog smell was very noticeable. I decided to hire Steam Hippo and did not regret my decision. They came on time, explained the process very detailed and let me choose different smells which was a nice touch. After the process the couch wasn’t a soaking wet , I could already smell and see the difference. Also, for the past few months I was sneezing a lot while sitting on that couch. After the couch cleaning my allergy symptoms are gone which is amazing. I also decided to add the Round cushion from outside furniture to the cleaning. I was actually thinking of getting rid of it but they cleaned it and it looks and smells like new ! Highly recommended ! I love supporting the local businesses , especially when they do such an outstanding service !

Where do I begin! Outstanding Customer Service from the very first contact with Alexandra at Steam Hippo. We set the appointment. Izak arrived on time, explained the Multi-Step Process, had me select the Fragrance of Choice for the Deodorizer and he meticulously began working.

Izak was able to remove dirty areas that another well-established company could not / did not a year ago. My Carpet looks brand new! Izak explained to wait until everything was fully dry before placing any Wood Furniture to ensure the wood would not stain the carpet. He was so nice and courteous and reminded me to reach out to Steam Hippo if I had any questions. They have a life-long customer in me. Great experience! Had my living room and staircase carpet deep cleaned. It was very easy to schedule and great customer service. They gave clear instructions for before and after care. My carpet is about 8 years old. I have 2 dogs and 2 small children and they look brand new now! Smells amazing too. Highly recommend!

What a great experience I got from the woman who booked our appointment and answered my questions! Then their team led by Issac showed up and did a phenomenal job. Clearly they care; clearly they take pride in their work; clearly they are knowledgeable and are very transparent, insisting I check everything when they were finished. Shockingly they got two stains out where our large husky got sick (very unusual for him) and the carpet smelled great afterwards. They showed me the dirty water before disposing of it and it’s what I was afraid was lurking in our carpets. Amazing work, great people & service!!!
