I'll SAVE YOU TIME. NO DIY BUSINESS! THEY MADE IT VERY CLEAR THAT THEY ONLY SELL TO INDUSTRY SERVICE GUYS. THEY DO NOT WANT TO HELP LOCAL DIY AND GEY VERY ANNOYED IF YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. JUST GOOGLE THE MODEL NUMBER AND BUY ONLINE.

I go to pick up parts for my husband. He either preorders the item and it's there, or I tell them what he needs and they get it to me quickly at the counter.

Needed to replace some parts on my oil burner. Staff helped me and had everything I needed. Serviced our heater for 50 bucks in parts. I reccomend AVCO if your a DIY person and want to save money.

I am very sick and can not afford to have my heater worked on.
Not only did they sell me the parts I needed very reasonable
But tested my transformer for me free of charge. Rather then sell me a part I didn't need. Then gave me some tec. advise that helped me get the heater running sweet! QUALITY PEOPLE !

Awful customer service charged me 25% restocking fee for a part that was under warranty. Started getting loud with me when I was looking at calculation. Told me he knew nothing about this being warranty part and wouldn’t let me speak with the person who took order in. Spent 10 k with this vendor and treated me with the most unprofessional service. Will never be going there or recommending them. Pure theft only because I was a female.

Horrible Customer Service , The Old Man at Counter with Army Hat was Rude and Mean , He needs lessons on how to treat the LGBQT Customers

Just had my very dirty heater cleaned. I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I will be calling them at a later time for a couple little repairs my heater needs. I highly recommend them.

Best service. Great guy. Caring guy. Would never take advantage of anyone. Always gives the customer options from best scenario to worst scenario. I rate this company a 12 out of 10.

He came out immediately on a Sunday and fixed my AC at reasonable cost. Very knowledgeable and efficient.

I usually don't do reviews but this a wellL desserved review i Have always used him for all hvac needs , will not be using anyone else he came to my parents house and got our heat working in less than an hour while other companies were telling them they needed a new heater he came and was honest and fixed it right way !!!

I can not say enough about them. Had them out on Thursday for cleaning of two heaters. They did such a wonderful job!! Never had this kind of service from any other company. I will recommend them to anyone.

For anyone who thought the honest, hard working, customer oriented small business man had reached extinction, do yourself a favor and call Ryan. Spotless work, great and prompt service, fair and honest price.

My heater went out on a moderately cold Sunday. It was supposed to get really cold so naturally we started dragging out space heaters expecting a long cold one. But nope Ryan Cloak came out around 7pm on a Sunday night and had us up and running. That's five stars right there.

Ryan's crew came and serviced my oil burner and propane furnace. They were on time and kept everything in my home clean. I will definitely use them again in the future!

I scheduled an appointment and they called after they were supposed to be here and told me they could not make it and rescheduled me. At the rescheduled time they still did not arrive. When I called they refused to answer and the tech called 80 mins after their appointment to give me an attitude about him having a previous appointment. When they called to try to fix the problem they told me to call another company. Extremely unprofessional and their 5-star reviews must be fake. Avoid at all costs.

Ryan did an outstanding job on a recent emergency service. On time, excellent price and speedy service. I cant wait to see how much less oil we use now!

called for an estimate for complete new central ac unit and oil boiler. i heard good things about this company so i was optimistic. i spoke to a girl who said they would call back to schedule estimate. never did. shocked because this was an expensive job, so i’m not sure why they wouldn’t want to do an estimate
