Told me what needed to be done. Waiting on a quote. They text me as if I got work done which I didnt. Over priced . 2000 dollars cheaper is a big deal to me. I got all 3 , good, fast and cheap.

Get better drivers. Apparently we weren’t going fast enough doing the speed limit or someone was late for an appointment. Passed us on a shoulder and pushed us into the oncoming lane.

This company performed a sewer inspection for the buyer of our house. It was completely full of inaccuracies along with a huge repair cost of over $10,000 per day to replace the sewer line. No limit or estimate was provided for the number of days the job would take. Milt Warrell stated in the report that the line was cement and was showing signs of separation and the start of root intrusion. Based on this dire report I had another company perform a video inspection. They found the entire sewer line is cast iron (not 4" cement pipe as stated by J&M) and there is no evidence of any failure of the sewer lateral and no roots whatsoever. This is an outrageous difference and fraudulent in my opinion.

EDIT: The company has just made a new response with different claims than their first response. This is a year after my initial review. I stand by my review and no repairs were needed or performed on my sewer line. I have the video to prove it's condition at the time.

Happy to do business with them. I own shopping centers and require services all the time. I have been through a few plumber. These guys are good! The best part is they back up their work.

I hired them to conduct a sewer scope for a property I am purchasing. They were not able to complete the scope but refused to refund my money. In addition, because of the work they did when they were on the property, they caused a leak that is still leaking today. I called them several times and they didn't get back to me. I finally got a hold of them and asked they fix the leak but they refused to rectify the leak they caused. They said it's because the pipe had a hold before but it wasn't leaking before, only after they messed with it.

Milt solved a years-long issue for us in a short period of time. Other companies were not able to diagnose the problem. He got right to the issue. Friendly, professional, fast, and economical!

Man, where do I begin? It all started when we put our house up for sale, the potential buyer wanted to have the main drain line inspected. They used this company to which they recommended the sewer line being replaced. They quoted me over $9000 dollars for the job, due to having to break up the concrete slab to get to the sewer line. Fast forward around a month later and a few phone calls for other estimates, I had another reputable company do the job at a price of $6200. Now that is a BIG price difference. Now, fast forward to about a week or so ago, I used a home inspection company and ordered a sewer line inspection, not knowing that they contracted to this company. Well, they couldn't get the camera past the trap but decided to attempt to charge me the $295 charge for the inspection. I disputed this with the home inspection company and only ended up having to pay a very small fee (think of it as a charge for them having to come out) while the home inspection company had to foot the rest of the bill because this company thought that they completed the job. THAT, is bad service and I will not recommend this company at all.

Caveat emptor - let the buyer beware. This unscrupulous company scours the local pending, under contract or contingency home sales like vultures and reaches out to the corresponding, unsuspecting mark aka your Realtor. They advise him or her that Bucks Co has a new lateral sewer inspection requirement for all home sales and would be more than happy to inspect the sewer line, take a video and file a report for $195. They come out and say it looks great! Two days later you get a proposal for all kinds of phony repairs at an astronomical, jaw-dropping sticker price. $4,000+ Their initial evaluation is nothing more than a bogus, imaginary & unnecessary repair set up. A con. They have no intention of providing you a good-faith inspection in exchange for the fee. Knowing you have a $750k home sale in 30 days riding on this new requirement they take their shot. At best they fleece you for thousands. At worst it's 30 minutes of time for $195. Maybe you will fall for this scam? Do not. Protect yourself. Get a 2nd or even 3rd opinion. Chances are you will find your sewer line is fine and passes with no repair required. I did. When the goods or services you purchased are not as offered, you should dispute the charges with your credit card company. This is your right as a consumer. However, be prepared for the wife aka President of the company to harass you non-stop with phone calls and voicemails. She will tell you what you are doing by standing up to their predatory business practices is "an a$$hole move". That's a direct quote by the way. Will she respond to this review, deny it? Tell me my wife and I misheard her? Twice? Let's see?? If she denies it she is a liar and a thief. Folks, find yourselves another sewer and drain inspection company. Express Drains in Warminster perhaps.

How to make your clog from the washing machine? That was. Backing? Up and not letting any water through. They came out the same day fix the problem and were very professional. I will definitely use them again whenever I have a plumbing issue
