Jim’s Tree Service did an outstanding job. We had a very tall 30 yr old pin oak that needed thining , trimming plus some shaping. Eric and his crew got here early with all the equipment, went over the details with me and finished the work perfectly. Tree looks awesome. Would recommend.

Eric and his team arrived exactly on time. In less than two hours they expertly removed a huge bunch of bushes that contained saplings and a bunch of other...stuff. They also did a great job of grinding the stumps and cleaning up. They're also extremely friendly. This is a great company with excellent service and great prices. We've also used them in the past to remove our pine tree. Use them!!

Was quick to look at the tree damage and great in removing all debris from roof, removed hanging limb and patched roof so it don't leak till roof gets repaired. Was fast and cleaned up after. A great company and crew.

LOOK NO FURTHER, JIM’S IS AMAZING! The entire experience with this company was great. The owner, Jim, came out to give me a free estimate and was very knowledgeable and personable! The crew was great as well, they made sure everything was taken care of and cleaned up after the job was done. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

We used Jim’s Tree Service multiple times throughout my family and we have nothing but amazing things to say about Jim and his crew. All very professional and everything was done in a timely manner! Will 100% use again and recommend to others!

They closed down the only street access with out notice. They claim it was for safety but I don’t know. They said they knocked on all of the doors but they did not. If they did I would have gotten a notification on my phone given I have a camera door bell. My neighbor also has a Camara door bell and they did not get a notification either. They also left oil on the street. These oil spots are nee as if this morning.

Three years ago I called a few tree services to remove four trees from our South Philly backyard. Some didn't even want the job because of how difficult it was. Jim the actual owner came to assets the trees and said they deal with my kind of situation all the time. Which was called "a rat's nest". His friendly crew, who was lead by Jim's brother who is also a veteran, showed up on schedule and communicated everything they were going to do. They used real equipment, did not damage anything, and cleaned up all of the scrap wood.

Home owners insurance wanted us to prune our tree away from the roof. We decided to just have it removed. Jim personally came out for a quote. He was the best priced. His team came out and were quick and efficient. Highly recommend!

I recently hired Jim’s Tree Service to cut down some trees, grind the stumps, and handle the cleanup, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. Filled out their form to get a quote. Had to follow up twice for someone to finally come out.

Had someone come out on 9/15 took a couple mins to survey. Said they would email me the quote later that day. Followed up on 9/19 to no response. Followed up again on 9/23 and was told the estimator was out sick.

Finally got the estimate on 9/24 and accepted it. It's kow 10/20 have not heard anything. Emailed to follow up and no response.

They obviously don't want any business. Shame since I heard they do great work and are very friendly.

The crew that came to remove my tree were great! They were very personable and they did a great job! I couldn't be happier! I would definitely recommend Jims!

Great experience working with Jim's. My yard was not destroyed as they came in with the spider and did a fantastic job. This is the second time Jim's has done work on my property and I wouldn't want anyone else. Tired of guys who throw outrageous prices at you or don't even return your calls- go with Jim's! I only have good things to say about Jim and his company. They worked with me to schedule a large tree removal around my busy schedule so I could be present during the job. The guys were courteous and very professional. They were respectful of the property, and took great care to safeguard my house and my driveway while using and extremely large crane truck and bucket truck. Their men worked quickly to keep the street clear of limbs and trunks while they ground up the remains. I highly recommend Jim’s Tree Service and would use them again if I have a future need.
